The whole staff was very polite and accommodating. We felt like they really appreciated us being there. They were always cleaning and working. The laundry service was excellent and quick.

Clean comfy apartment, very close to SM mall and other shops. Free coffee drinks, nice roof terrace area. Easy to get transport. Staff very helpful.

Nothing much to say other than we couldn't turn off the aircon only way we could turn it off was by using the fuse switch.

I really liked the area. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing! i was able to save a lot of money because i was able to cook on my own than spending on short orders. the bed was comfortably soft, 4 pillows and was spacious. the Bathroom was very clean. everything was amazing. additionally, the location was perfect. the mall was just at the corner, as well as cafes and restaurants. it was also near the park and other recreational areas which would only take a few minutes to get there by walking. i saved a lot of my budget just by walking.

One major complaint is that for the executive suite is that the bed is located above everything else. They probably can't change this, but it does mean that when sleeping your bed area is much warmer than the rest of the room.

On site generator was great during a 12 hour blackout (due to city maintenance).

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is self-catering room with kitchen. We got thr chance to prepare our meals to our liking. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The room is super clean and in order. We appreciate all the efforts done by the staff and made our transit stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

They all have none-smoking rooms. May not be be ideal for smokers as they have to go to the designated smoking area which is at the rooftop.

Very helpful staff constantly offering advice. They also got our ferry tickets for us. The room was very cosy with the mezzanine bed.

No elevator.
