We totally loved the beautiful style of the appartment and its location in the historical city centre

Great location and very large spacious apartment.

The apartment has NO basic amenities to make the stay more comfortable. Simple things like sufficient toilet paper, only 2 VERY small roles left for a 3 day stay, only a drop of dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher tablets, no soap for hand basin, no soap for shower, no tea and coffee left. Unbelievable guests expected to purchase these things, especially when the apartment is not budget and above mid range. For this reason would not recommend unless aware. And you are expected to leave the property clean and tidy and remove all rubbish.

Then property was dirty and lacked the basic supplies I would have expected like toilet paper and dish soap. Although I paid and received a confirmation they never sent the code for the lockbox. Since I had to work my husband and children needed to check in without me but the owner would not give them the information to get in. In the end the daughter of a colleague had to step in to deal with the incompetent situation.

Waiting over a week for the return of the damage deposit. I have tried messaging the property, calling them etc and they do not respond. It does not seem normal for it to be so difficult to get an update on the return of a damage deposit. Such a deposit should be returned the day after check out. -- In response to your reply: It took you a full two weeks to return the deposit, which was not an issue. What was an issue was the fact that you did not advise WHEN you would return the deposit and did not respond to multiple messages asking if everything was okay. If you had simply REPLIED to messages there would not have been a problem.

Location is good. But it took us 1 hour to figure out that we could not get at the door with the car We had to park and walk 5 minutes with the heavy luggage at check in and check out You should mention it They left plenty of towels Place is nice and big

There was no toilet paper and hand soap. This should be a courtesy of the property The person in charge of the property would only respond to messages and not through the phone No elevator
