The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and easy to get to.

The area was not great. The steps to the buildings front door was a bit steep for the children although it was just a few.

it was close to Alton Towers. only used it to sleep but was comfortable.

The manager had been always prompt in replying to any queries. Unfortunately, Booking.com pricing was not correct but the manager honoured the price I booked the property for. The property is in a quiet area that is about 30 minutes drive from Alton Towers and therefore ideal for our purposes. The property is very close to town centre and therefore a few shops are around and delivery services are plenty. There are three large bedrooms and plenty of towels. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has lots of hot water given the effective boiler. There is plenty of on-street parking available and no security issues.

If I have to be picky... The bath plug was slow draining but a bottle of bleach down that and a kettle of hot water within 30 minutes and it was fine. The toilet seat is worn and I would probably change that to avoid worrying residents about cleanliness (again nothing major at all).

Perfect location for Alton Towers with just a short drive to get to the gates. Close to a local shop that sold everything we needed for breakfast. Close to a well known pizza chain which made getting tea really quick and easy after a day at the theme park. Lots of space for the 4 of us to relax and unwind. Comfy beds, large sofa and TV with IPlayer to catch up with the Olympics. Range of pans and utensils if needed for cooking. Welcome tray with coffee, tea and milk. Super powerful shower and really clean throughout. Great communication from hosts before and during our stay.

Really enjoyed my stay, host went out of their way to put up birthday ballons for my partners birthday . Great stay , clean and comfortable. All I would recommend is a chloths horse, it would be handy to hang up washed laundry. Great stay thanks.

Very good location and was able to park outside no problem. Could easily walk to the nearby shops and places to have food. Very spacious and everything in the property was to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

We only had one unpleasant experience. The people next door were very noisy on our first day of arrival. We believe police went to that property during the night which interrupted our sleep. However there was no noise or problems during our second day/night

Stayed two nights... Great base for alton towers... Communication with the owner was great. House has everything you need. Would defo recommend.

It was clean, rooms were comfortable, plenty of facilities provided e.g. pots, pans, cups and appliances. All the better it’s located in the heart of the city centre so there is no shortage of anything such as supermarkets and takeaways, and only a short drive to Alton Towers We asked to be provided with a few balloons to celebrate a friends birthday and the Tennant went above and beyond to provide not only balloons but decorations and cake. Thank you Venture House!! Would definitely recommend to anyone
