Excellent food ambieance waooo . Had approched reception staff had prompt chekinn . Manager Anshul made our stay more comfortable and memorable . Kudos . Wish best luck to the managing director of hotel for making such beautifull property and sich adorable staff .

Overall stay was good.. Good, do better with in-house food service as the dinner served was too salty, and the feedback was shared immediately. In terms of check-out Sriram front desk executive was very helpful and went beyond his duty to help

Nothing, I was mistreated at the reception so didn't take the property for stay.

I dnt know why but the board was hidden with black cloth
staff was very rude
didnt even assist for booking airport cab
Rooms door lock was broken and was not offered another room in exchange neither was the lock repaired

They did not considered the booking done by booking.com even after we received confirmation from the booking.com and after reaching the we place we have to pay higher than fir what we have booked.
