We had a wonderful time at the condo and Clearwater Beach! Beautiful beachfront view from condo and balcony. Very spacious, clean, and updated. Steps to the beach and pool. Beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. all provided. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Edward is a great manager/host! We loved every minute of our trip.

The view was absolutely stunning and the condo was everything you could ask for. The beds were comfortable and the decor was tasteful and beachy (want to recreate it in my home). The only change I might make to the unit is add a barn door (a little too open for me. 😂) and shower to the master bathroom. The condo was the perfect location to downtown Clearwater-very walkable, bike friendly and safe.

We just returned from our stay at the Clearwater beach. The apartment is on the top floor of a 5 story building with panoramic views of the gulf and offers breathtaking sunsets.
It is well maintained and equipped with high end appliances, all in great working conditions. Traveling with young kids, safety and security was a major concern for us but as soon as we arrived we felt at home. There are electronic door locks throughout the location. The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot so we didn’t have to worry about parking even when coming back late at night.
What is also great about this location is that it is on residential side of the Clearwater beach which means it is less commercial and less crowded.
We took advantage of easy access to the beach and went for morning walks as well as spending as much time as possible in waters.
Edward is a great host, who ensured our stay is comfortable. He answered many of our questions and shared other information related to our stay and local shopping/ dining in the area.

We have stayed in many condos on the Gulf beaches of Florida, but this one was one of the best. We flew to Florida this time, and were so happy to have everything provided for our beach stay. I personally appreciated the storage area downstairs which housed all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys so that the sand was not brought up to the condo each day.
We loved that there were shops and restaurants within walking distance, and did not get in the car our entire stay. It was truly a break from it all. We enjoyed walks on the beach, which was not crowded at all. The condo itself was updated, comfortable and roomy enough for our family, including two teens. The jacuzzi tub was amazing after a day at the beach.
We are already checking our calendar to plan our next stay.

We had a wonderful time at your condo. The view was fabulous. It was beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was spacious for the four adults and I granddaughter. We all enjoyed the pool. It was nice having beach towels and beach equipment there if we needed it. It was never overly crowded.
We had the best view from our balcony. My husband is not a beach person at 80, and he said we couldn’t have picked a better place. Thank you for you immediate attention which wasn’t needed very often.
One more thing the other vacationers at the condo were so friendly.. We met some very nice people.

This is our second stay at this condo (and we have already booked our 3rd). We love the area of this condo. It is on the north side of the main strip so you are out of the busy area, but close enough to walk to the busy area (restaurants, bars, shops, stores, etc). The condo is up to date, has very nice decor, and is on the top floor so the view is outstanding. The building itself is smaller (around 20 units) so the elevator is never too busy, parking is assigned, and the pool is never overly crowded.
The owner is very responsive to any communication and goes out of his way to accommodate.

Went to Clearwater for the first time with the family and this condo was perfect! Right on the beach, balcony with an amazing view and a pool which was perfect. I highly recommend this place! The host was A+ and condo was nicely decorated and very clean!! Also was walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Made memories that I will always remember!

The property is very clean and easy to the beach and Pier 60 activities. The home had everything we needed for a great beach stay. We were able to walk to most during our stay. Propery owner is great to work with when you have questions.

Loved this property. Two bedroom apartment was perfect for us (me, my wife and her sister) just as nice (even better) as shown in the photos. Excellent location on the beach with amazing views of the Gulf. We will definitely be looking forward to a return visit!

Great rental. Condo was in perfect condition, beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed. The view and sunsets are unparalleled. Owner was very responsive to any question. Extras in the beach storage area was useful for beach chairs. Location is right on the gulf beach, easy walking distance to shops, pier and restaurants. Beds were blissful.

We truly enjoyed our time here everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Even has a box fan in the closet which I cannot sleep without. View of the beach/ocean was amazing. We watched the New years fireworks right from the balcony. Local dining was less than a 1/2 mile walk. Would definitely recommend!!!

Just booked our third stay here. The apartment is unparalleled in everyway: 5th floor balcony, vaulted ceiling, professionally decorated, and easy access to the beach. We look forward to watching the sunset from the balcony all year long! We’ve tried to consider staying elsewhere to lower costs of our trip, but it is unimaginable to do so as this place is the best! Love staying here!

This is the perfect location on the entire beach. Close to the hustle and bustle but far enough away to be more private . A short beach walk to restaurants . So much bright light in the unit too. Clean and well appointed.

We had the best time in this beautiful place! It’s extremely clean and wonderfully decorated. The beds were comfortable and it had everything you’d ever need! The sunsets in the evening and the beach were extraordinary. We traveled over 700 miles and hoped the reviews and pictures were what they seemed! It was even better in person!!! If you have doubts, put them aside and book this place! You’ll be so glad you did. We highly recommend this place and hope to visit again!

Amazing views and spectacular condo!
We loved everything about this stay. The only thing we hated was when we had to leave. The condo is decorated beautifully, views are breathtaking, Ed the property manager was so attentive to anything we needed. Highly, highly recommend and can't wait to go back!!!

I think the only downside is there is no shower in the master bath, only a spa sized tub which we never used, so five of us shared the shower in the smaller bathroom. The shower itself was great, however it had no shelves so we had to leave our stuff on the floor. The beds were comfortable but could use some better pillows. All in all it was very spacious and beautiful decorated, and we enjoyed our stay.
