Location was good with Family mart and seven eleven just around the corner. It is also walking distance to the shopping areas.

They didn't have a place to store our bags after we checked out. The fold out beds are not as comfortable to sleep in.

It was a very comfortable apartment that is of a good size for a family of 4. Ample space to put our luggages. Close to 2 supermarkets that we visited every night to get fruits n beverages.

I wish there were more hooks or there’s a foldable cloth rack to hang our used towels. There is a very big wardrobe in the bedroom but not appropriate to hang damp towels inside.

Good location, near to Umeda and Osaka stations, and the local metro. Check in was quick and easy, even through their remote system and the front doors felt rather safe. Three little shops very close for food - very combini-ent!

The flat got rather cold and the heater didn’t really keep it warm. The kitchen also only had minimal cutlery and plates. Beds okay but not the comfiest.

It was a convenient location for food and local shopping. Subway station was not far. The hotel was comfortable and had all the amenities that I needed, ie laundry, good shower facilities, enough room for 3 adults.

There was no staff on site that I could speak to for questions.

Very convenient location, though no space for parking- there is just about sufficient space for drop off/taxi. Excellent facilities along with a washing machine - all very well appreciated especially when travelling with a baby

Everything is brilliant. Might have appreciated some instant coffee but there's convenience stores within walking distance so it's not too much of a bother.

instructions to get to the property would have been handy. It took us 2.5hours with 4 heavy bags to try and figure out how to get to the accommodation from the train station. We couldn't get a taxi as our ski bags are too long so we opted to walk. Google maps said 8 minutes but there were not street signs provided. Hence, we just went around and around and around. It's very exhausting if you have heavy bags. If you could post up some photos of which direction to go from the Osaka Station that would be very helpful. Luggage storage was also an issue as our bags were too oversized for the storage at the station and private holders were too far away. The ground floor is not secure enough and even if we locked up our bags that is not going to be fulproof, plus our bags were so bulky it would have been a trip hazzard. Had we known, we would have booked another half day of the room to lock the luggage in our room.

Location is fantastic. Very central and convenient to visit sights, plenty of great places to eat at. Addition of washing facilities is great for families.

No dish towel to dry dishes. Easy fix and would help.

Proximity to train and subway stations, eateries and shopping. Warm bathroom in freezing winter. Washing machine and drying function in bathroom.

Cold room temperature. Warm clothes required except in the bathroom. Mattresses were neither firm nor soft; lack back support. Commonly used and visible places were reasonably clean; the rest dusty and seldom cleaned.

The apartment room was quite spacious for four people and we were able to move the partition walls to create a private bedroom. We had a kitchenette, a small living room, and in-room laundry facilities. It turned out that the shower room could be used to dry our clothes by turning on the heating function. The facilities met our expectations. There was a Family Mart, Aeon, and Seven Eleven very close by so we could easily pick up snacks and breakfast items.

A larger storage area for luggage after check out. There wasn't a lot of locks left and some luggage had to be left in the storage area without any safety features.

Its located decently near Nakazakicho station (6 minute walk, 10 w/ a senior/slow walker). There's a small grocery right by the entrance of BON with an ATM that services international cards and 2 different convenience stores nearby. Several restos, cafes, and even shops (I noticed brand-new clothing as well as second-hand and thrift stores), but with my family's packed schedule in Osaka, we didn't visit most of them. BON Umeda was around a 10-15 min walk (decent speed) to a Don Quijote (Umeda Honten), and according to Google Maps, an Animate for the anime fans. The unit was simple and convenient for Osaka travel, while also still in a peaceful area for us. Check-in was quick, barring issues with the apartment building's low signal cutting off our call with the staff. And a very handy addition to the lobby is a luggage weighing scale.

The biggest concern our family had was that the apartment unit we were in was unclean: we had just entered the unit and there was hair Everywhere. Bedsheets, the bathtub, the dining table, the sofa. It was even on the extra sheets provided for use on the sofa bed. We didn't feel as though the apartment was clean. Sure there's a vacuum cleaner available in our unit, but it did not set a good impression to enter a hairy apartment for the first time. The room is just right for 5 people and their luggage. Family of 5, all over their 20s had a total of 7 luggage (1 small hand carry, the medium stuffed inside the biggest one) While the closet is convenient for storage, when it came to packing everything, expect limited space for walking and organization. The room was also lacking in convenient outlet placement, with some devices needing to be charged on a chair in the hallway. (there were only 2 built into the 2 beds in the unit, none near the sofa bed area) I'd advise also being careful with your noise, the walls seem thin enough to hear footsteps from the unit above and a few loud noises from other neighboring units. Last concern needs a bit of context: My family decided to take a taxi to drop us off at Osaka station for the airport limousine. The lobby shows a map where one could call a taxi. I would advise that the management put a bit more context on the map on taxi culture in Japan. We arrived at the spot indicated, but we were not fully aware that we have to flag a taxi down in front of the indicated 7-11 only.

Room is well furnished and clean. The facilities are great. Smart door lock with alarm, bathroom with heater and clothes dryer. Toothbrush, washing powder, shampoo, hair brush, towel, etc, everything is provided. I like the bathroom, water is hot and powerful. You can wash and dry your clothes every day. Also have a vacuum cleaner, easy to use. I also like the washing machine, it’s very fast just 20mins, not like some washing machines’ program more than 1 hr. Quiet place at night. There is a convenient shop downstairs. I will book again.

One stop from Osaka-Umeda station. For adult,it’s just walking distance. For young children, too many steps no matter change train or walk. If can provide more hangers, that will be better, too many clothes for group of 4 in autumn/winter.

The accommodation was in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from Umeda Station. There were many restaurants, cafes and shopping areas in the area. There was a supermarket directly below the accommodation and also two convenience stores 2min away. The room itself was super spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything you need. The beds were very big, so there was room for two. They were also very comfortable.

We were a group of 5 girls and unfortunately there was only one mirror in the whole room (it was small one in the bathroom). It was difficult to get ready at the same time :D

The location is wonderful and all the staffs are super helpful !

Some facilities are not clean and dusty

Beds were hard and pillows were thin they could be improved, no bedside table or reading lamp. Floors needed a wash.

I like the convenience of having a small shop downstairs where I can get my breakfast. Less than a hundred steps away, there is a family mart that we could use the Yamato service to deliver our luggage for next destination. However, the family mart will not help you write your delivery slip. You could try writing it and send to next hotel for verification. I also like the bathroom with clothes drying facilities. If you are washing jeans, you can set it to dry overnight and you are good to go in the morning.

We stayed there as a family of 4. Even though the room advertised up to 6, I don’t think it is possible to have 6. Having 4 is already very crammed. However, I must say that it is very clean room.

The location of the Condo was excellent. My family was close to all of the amenities and we loved that the street was nice and quiet. We felt very safe and everything we needed was just a few steps outside our door. The apartment was thoughtfully designed. We had more than enough room for all four of us. We were impressed by the bathroom design because it allowed four people to get ready at the same time. One person could shower privately, 2 people could brush their teeth and one person had their own private room for the toilet. The heated seat was a special surprise!

There wasn't anything that we weren't pleased with.

It was a good size condo in a very nice location close to many restaurants, kids plaza, park and the train station. We stayed for 3 weeks and really enjoyed it.

The noise curfew gave me anxiety since I am traveling with 2 small children, I was constantly trying to make them be quiet for fear of being kicked out of the room. That was the biggest downfall for us. Also not being able to request more toilet paper or shampoo/soap was disappointing.

Super studio : calme, propre et confortable.

Convenient location and extremely clean. Staff were also quick to respond. I appreciated the house rules and consideration for quiet.

Apartment was big enough for two adults and two kids. It was located about 12 minutes from train station and convenience stores.

There were no clear instructions on how to use the dryer option that is on the shower.

The location was great not too far from the local station and the JR station. Location was close to shopping and amazing food. Enough room for family of 5 with multiple suitcases. Washing machine and drying system were easy to use. Laundry detergent was also provided.

The pillows were too low and no extra pillows in the apartment if needed. A few hooks to hang up wet towels would of been good.

Wat mij het meest beviel aan dit appartement waren de nabijgelegen kleine supermarkten. Er zijn er vier heel dichtbij, en ze zijn altijd open. Verder viel de locatie mee; het was ongeveer 10-12 minuten lopen vanaf Umeda. Het Nakazakichō Station is iets dichterbij en meestal minder druk dan Umeda. Het nadeel van dit station is dat het slechts één lijn heeft, maar je kunt meestal onderweg overstappen op de metro. De airco in het appartement maakte een vreemd tikkend geluid dat verdwijnt wanneer je de balkondeur op een kier zet, heel vreemd. De badkamer, het toilet, de wasmachine en de keuken waren goed. Het appartement ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto's, wat prettig is. Niet te vergeten zijn de handige LUUP fietsen/steps die letterlijk voor de ingang van het appartement!

Wat tegenviel, was dat het appartement niet zo dicht bij het Umeda Station was als we hadden gehoopt. Het is natuurlijk lastig in te schatten door alleen naar Google Maps te kijken voorafgaand aan de reis. We reisden ook met een klein kind dat ofwel gedragen moest worden of in een buggy zat. Na een lange dag winkelen, wandelen, of een bezoek aan Universal Studios, kan dat stukje lopen tussen Umeda en het appartement soms een tegenvaller zijn, maar dit is nitpicking. Als je met z'n tweeën reist, is deze locatie echt prima te doen.
