This property was fantastic but it is not as close to the theme parks as advertised.
The address listed is to EPCOT , so it appears that you’re right next to the park.
but the property is beautiful super clean and the communication was fantastic.

My kids loved the game room and pool, I loved the fully stocked kitchen, location and laundry facilities and speedy wifi! We all enjoyed this lil home, enough space for all 6 of us! When i return I hope we can stay here again, close to everything we needed, 30+mins from the parks. Clean, spacious, well kept with everything you could think you'd need! Loved it and highly recommended!

Very Clean. Resort area, food, and hospitality were perfect. Rental company very responsive. For a new house some minor fixes were noticed already. Either construction not good or renters have not been kind. If you have issues waking on stairs please be aware. Stair treads make you roll your feet improperly when walking, cheap construction. Not a big deal for some but if have handicap may be a concern. Overall great rental.

Overall it was a wonderful property. It was our first time with a Vrbo rental and we feel like we will understand better some of the things we need to bring along the next time. Our kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool. We only used the resort pool one day for a little bit but the kids loved it as well as the park. The traffic getting everywhere was absolutely terrible but I’m assuming it’s just because of spring break and that time of year. It was minimum 30-45 min to get about anywhere. And traffic from Disney was just insane. Overall we are happy with the property and would totally visit again.

We stayed at this property for 13 nights to visit the parks, and had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room to lounge (upstairs and downstairs), cook, and eat. The washer and dryer helped us pack less, and stay fresh. The property management group was very supportive and always available for our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

This looks like a nice house but DO NOT rent from Premier Florida Rentals. We had to postpone due to COVID. We sent 2 medical documents and offered to rebook at a later date. We were completely dismissed and lost ALL of our money. They even kept the cleaning and property damage fee when the house was left empty because we did not go. Never seen a more money hungry company.

We weren’t unable to use main floor of property due to the fact that there were roaches walking around the kitchen area as if they owned the place. We had to call pest control twice. Pest control said it was beginning to be a bad infestation. I wanted to get relocated or a refund, but all they offered me was $90 refund or pool heat Florida was hot so a heated pool wasn’t even a need. Nice place, but they didn’t do much about the roaches. They were still some even after pest control.

Such a wonderful stay for the whole family. Grammy’s trip for her grown children and their families to the parks was highly successful due to the ample space, location and amenities of this condo. A large well appointed and new home for everyone to spread out, large dining and sitting areas for movie night and meals and a private pool for the everyone to relax after long, hot days. We had a minor difficulty upon entry with the key code, the property mgt handled it quickly. The property is full of families and the large pool and restaurant was only a block away.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! Very spacious and clean! The private pool was awesome and we used it frequently! Quick walk to the communal pools and the splash pad was adorable. The Beds were SO comfy and it was nice to relax on the big couch after a day at Disney. Fridge with water/ ice also a huge positive! L
Downsides, you only get 5 rolls of toilet paper which seems kind of odd and cheap. You also get 1 roll of paper towels. For the price you pay, you should get more than enough. Also there is something in the pool that cut up my kids feet. At first I thought my daughter scraped her feet but then it happened to my son. I have a few odd cuts too. Not a deal breaker though! The bathroom upstairs right next to the Mickey bedroom had issues with the shower water draining... we just used other showers instead but worth looking into!
Overall loved this place and would definitely return!!! Thank you for having fun plates/kids plates! Loved it!

This was a fantastic property for our 10 day stay in Orlando. It felt like a home away from home. It was very clean and provided pretty much everything we needed. Only issue was the lack of privacy from the front door, but nothing a good sheet can't handle. We will definitely book here again!!

Great Family Home for our FL adventure
We were in FL for a week enjoying the beach, Disney, and Universal. We loved having this as our home base for the week. It was a little bit of a trek to get to the beach, but it could not be any better for the days we were at Disney World. It easily slept all 6 (3 adults and 3 kids) of us. The extra space was awesome for everyone to decompress from being around all the crowds during the day.

The Condo was laid out very well and close to Disney. The main pool was just a short walk from the Condo and has a full service bar with a wait staff. The flow rider was as good as the one you will find on a cruise ship, there is a daily fee to ride it. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and will consider returning.

February vacation with a few injuries
We came into the house with high expectations as we had read the description well beforehand. There were cigarette butts all around the pool area (we don’t smoke). There were long pieces of dark hair in one of the showers. The master toilet paper holder was broke. There was what looked like a roach in the kitchen the second morning of our stay...so gross. Both my daughter and myself cut open our feet from the nails coming up under the carpet seams and my husband stepped on one also but it didn’t break the skin. That is absolutely uncalled for in a home. There was no privacy whatsoever with the front door (no curtain or way to block people viewing). We had someone standing looking through the door one of the evenings. Very unsettling. Also not extremely clean throughout...found one finger or toenail clipping in one of the bedrooms which was disgusting. All of that was on the first two days. Overall dissatisfied and very disappointed with the house.

The perfect house for my family vacation
Everything was amazing. The house was spotless. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Anytime I had a question or needed something she was always available and responded quickly. My kids absolutely loved the decor of their rooms and the adult rooms were cozy as well. The ONLY thing I would change is the fact that there wasn’t a covering of the front door so people can see into the house especially at night. We will definitely be back!
