The hotel is close to some major attractions like Disneyland and Universal Studios and also close to a bunch of restaurants.

The hotel is old. It’s needs an upgrade. A bit pricey for an old hotel. Needs major renovation. The breakfast buffet is expensive as well.

Pool was hot but nice.

Room was horrible. Pre-Regulated ac that was hot all night. Non working fridge to the point where I had to throw out meds that were supposed to stay cool.

Everything it’s old, no maintenance, they charge so damn high, it’s no longer covid times, no bell service , you have push your own luggage all the way to your room, it’s not safe for kids , it needs renovations, the sink of the bathroom is in the room not in the toilet, the TVs are too Damn old, everything is old, and they charge as if they give full service while they give half service.

AC unit was noisy, carpet was dirty and dirty cup under the bathroom sink that we did not use. Not enough towels Breakfast was not good in dining room

Carpet triggers my allergies causing our eyes to teary and swollen.

Beautiful fun pool area. So close to Disney. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the parks. But not stay on property.

That there was only paid parking. No free parking near location

Breakfast buffet in the morning was nice. Coffee was good which is rare these days

Water pressure in the shower was poor

Front desk staff were great and facilities were beautiful, clean and as pictured! The girl in the side shop gave me lip about a water refill as I had a Starbucks cup from next door. "You got that next door. We don't do that". I pay good money for a hotel room and she had to begrudgingly give me a glass of tap water with attitude. I'm asking for a glass of tap water and providing a cup; not a coffee refill or free bottled water. That actually really irritated me. Altogether great stay. It's unfortunate that a petty attitude of 1 worker can have a negative impact on such a wonderful establishment.

Room was great, however the fridge did not work very well. Barely kept our food cool, and didn't have a freezer section which was disappointing as I expected to see and use this section. Did not use the pool but it looked fun. Location was great.

I didn't realize there was paid parking required on site until we arrived. I did not see this when booking. The parking should be included since there was no other place to park on property as an alternate option for non-paid self parking. And if this was an option, no one told me it was.

I picked this hotel for the pool and it didn't disappoint. You had two large pool. One shallow for volleyball and basketball, toys provided. The other was nice and deep. I've been staying at Hiltons and the pools are so shallow 41/2 feet. Horrible. This pool was great. I enjoyed watching the young people on the water slide and they didn't even get near enough to splash me. Huge pool! Handicapped bathroom was perfect. Location of my room (near parking and pool entrance) was perfect, too!

Maid service was poor. As we came back to the room around 3PM we saw the maid had already passed our room. I asked her if she had finished our room and brought towels. She said, "Yes." but didn't understand English. As we got into the room and saw she hadn't done our room, I went up to her cart and asked for towels. She gave them to me. A few minutes later, she was at our door asking if she could do the room! We just had her pick up the used towels and empty the garbage. Oh, you could leave a TV channel guide and WIFI instructions.

The pool area and bar were my favorite

The room’s decor was poor. The bathroom had rust all in the shower and the hand soap was empty. The shower curtain was also stained. I honestly felt very uncomfortable showering due to the way the bathroom was presented

bar staff just didn’t want to be there and this attitude spilled out to everyone confusing charges and so many taxes unexplained not the advertised price by any means
