There was food left in fridge from previous stay, no kettle, dishes still in dishwasher, no dishwashing detergent. Staff were hard to get hold of on reception

Plenty of good cafes in the adjacent shopping complex just a short walk from Sky One Apartments
I requested the "highest room possible". I soon received a helpful reply from Booking.com letting me know that Sky One Apartments "is able to meet my request at no extra charge". But - on my afternoon arrival and check-in at the Reception Desk as planned I discovered that I had been allocated a room on only level 6. No explanation or alternative was offered to me in spite of my booking request. Photographs of Sky One Apartments presented on the internet show a tower block of 40 floors. Why was my request in fact ignored and without explanation?

The room was exceptional and the view was amazing. Thanks for a great experience and highly professional reception staff member. The location was awesome, close to shops, restaurants and public transport.
We had to pay extra for the parking in the building premises.

Location was amazing. Literally 1 min away from all the shops/eateries in Box Hill Central. Nice big apartment with 2 bathrooms. Roomy and comfortable.
Our room was supposed to have a dryer but didn't. Was inconvenient to wash clothes because of this but staff helped us as much as they could.

no parking having to move my car was annoying
And balcony was not a nice balcony.

The asthetic is just about all to be honest. Nice big fridge.
Rubbish, hair, dirt was still very present. The windows were filthy. The mattress was incredibly soft and uncomfortable. Hand towels and towels were just thrown into the cupboard.filter of dryer hadn't been cleaned at all.
The room wasn't as advertised, excluding an air conditioner in the bedroom and no bidet. Day 1 I asked for the room I'd requested. Day 2 we agreed on a portable cooler which was never delivered. We stayed 5 nights.
The staff were lovely upon check in but didn't say hello afterwards when we did the mornings we passed them.

Close to everything
The apartment was not clean, dusty, smelly. There were used cotton buds in the bathroom. Cooking utensils and pans are scratched and weren’t cleaned properly. Pool was always smelly, not enjoyable.

The reception is very helpful by making sure that the room is make available earlier for us so that we can rest after a wee early morning arrival from M’sia.

Its a basic service apartment, near box hill station,
no parking lot provided, there were rubbish left behind inside the wardrobe,

The aesthetic of the place was very modern and beautiful. The hotel offered many leisure activities to enjoy such as a pool room, game room, library, private dining, lounge room and many more. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Nothing, it was a beautiful stay!
