Location and price, service.

This was our second stay and everything worked smoothly. We love the location of this apartment and it is pretty clean. Good communication via booking.com and thru mobile. We can definitely recommend.

They ask for the first night payment an email link but no problem, it is safe. On the other hand, I like to pay the rest of the amount via Credit Card but they accepted only cash on arrival.

Big flat, everything available, good location, at least one of the two bedrooms was silent

more kitchen equipment (no decent glases or cups, and not enough for 4 persons!), something like salt and sugar, washing powder is missing. Hard to believe all of it just got empty before I moved in or all of it was taken away by the last guests. Shower took very long to get hot. Interior and walls are not in a good condition related to what was paid per night for the flat. Interior is very old. It could be more clean. The ground was not wiped before I moved in.

if you can not sleep in light then do not book this place. the curtains were very small for the windows so early morning all the lights were coming to the room and the bedroom was not in good conditions. after we complaint about the light coming to the room, the host took us to other apartment and we still had light issue but it was better than the 1st one. I believe the host should have returned us the money because the apartment we book was 1600 Ukrainian hryvnia and the apartment we stayed was 1300Ukrainian hryvnia so they charged us 300 1600 Ukrainian hryvnia per day for 14 days. also the pillow was not clean and you can see it in pictures.

Bed isn’t comfortable enough.... especially mattresses are really hard we didn’t get enough sleep even for a night ...Tv is useless as isn’t smart .

Location was great, easy to access anywhere. Good value for the price and suitable for families. They also provide an online payment option instead of cash.

Beds are not comfy.
