Clean property with best available room cleanliness. Within City range and at few minutes away by auto from Calicut Beach.
Unprofessional staff (the manager, Sujeeth Radhakrishnan used the word, its their property which they can charge any amount). I was not offered an upgrade despite booking.com offering an upgrade. This was a big no for this. They didn't care for that.
Didn't offer two keys for room. Somehow I misplaced one which they asked for a charge of 1,000 but they later reduced to 500.
Breakfast platter was not so great. Didn't offer Aaloo Parantha.

Breakfast could be better. Same items were kept.
F&B staffs are not trained. Manager was not available to resolve restaurant billing issues though the mistake was theirs.
Reception staff was refused add GST & Company name in my invoice due to booking done thru booking portal. I had to fight for it.

The staff in the restaurant.
The staff at reception. They are terrible and being the 1st point of contact, it is a shock for the customer. They are poorly trained, cannot really communicate, cannot listen effectively and have minimal to no empathy for customer needs.

The staff of Room service and the Dawn restaurant were very helpful. The food was goiod.
The reception staff were rude abd lacked basic hospitality skills. Their communication ability was very poor and they had absoluteky no service mindset. The rooms were rundown and didn't look anything like the pictures put up on Booking.com.
