I Totally request anyone who are going to book at this hotel, Please rethink and dont even think of booking. Waste of money and no value for your self-respect. No visitors allowed. I did not complete the stay. I vacated the facility on the same night. Due the response and behaviour from the staff and management. The photos provided are only for manipulation. The actual rooms doesnt even come close to half the size of that in the picture. Total dissatisfaction and disappointment. I checked in at 3:00pm evng and checked out at 10:00pm noght on the same day. I needed to stay for 3 days. I had find another place at that time. Very rude and rash behaviour. They treated me and my companions as if we had come to tear apart the place. I think its a coverup of something. They actualy do not need any customers. I dont know if some haf used the room after i checked out as i had time till next day noon.

Location is the plus point, it is close to the Kozhikode New Bus stand. Hence it is a happening road. Lot of options nearby to eat and there are two malls close to this location. All popular places in Kozhikode are within 2-3 kms radius. Value for money, as you will get a big room with ample space for accommodating an extra bed. The bathroom is nice and clean with a bath-tub.

There are tow lifts but one is archaic with grilled doors and the other lift is slow and not enough for a hotel of this size. Some new high speed lifts would help.

Stay away from the so called "mini bar" with some biscuits and a pack of lays, it will cost you a bomb !
