Very good staff. Nice and clean room and bathroom.
We overstayed the checkout time for 5 hours and they dint charge additional. Very understanding and helpful.

It was very near to hospital , We were worried about our safety .

We checked in an hour before but they didn't charge us extra and checked out half an hour late, they didn't charge us for that too, and cooperated with us.

The location was good.
There was no ample parking space.
We had to park on the roadside and come back to move the car once there was a vacancy.
There was a big cockroach running around in the bedroom and we had an engaging time to get rid of it.
The bathroom was not clean.
Broken cup in the bathroom. Broken hangers in cupboard.
