Pleasant staff, no alcohol, in a way it's family friendly, hot water
No stairs for emergency exit, no hangers in the bathroom, dirty towels, lack of bathroom toiletries, you need to handover access key to clean the room, parking is not always available, smoking is allowed everywhere even in the lift, insects on the breakfast table all over the food

Great location! Nice local-type breakfast! Good service at the reception. They have always offered us coffee and water.
The rooms were not well prepared and cleaned. Some rooms require urgent renovation and repair. The pool was not for the guests only, but for external users as well. The pool was not well maintained and cleaned.

Our room was spacious and the location was perfect for us (near Yarmouk University). Staff were very responsive to requests and eager to please. The maitre d' in the restaurant was exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had to check-out a day early and the hotel refunded our last night. Although we did not use it, there is a swimming pool and sauna in the hotel.
The hotel facility is aging a bit and an update on the bathrooms would be a good idea. It was great that there was a kitchenette but there were no dishes or microwave so it was not that helpful for travelers.

The localisation was very good. The breakfast was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was concise but clean and well-equipped.
The swimming pool was closed during the whole stay.
