Personale della reception educato ma poco accogliente e disponibile ad aiutarti. La stanza era sporca, schizzi sulle pareti del bagno, peli, lenzuola e coperte macchiate. Per il prezzo che si paga, come minimo si richiede la pulizia.

I love fresh fruits and vegetables and I recommend serving more varieties of choices during breakfast buffet.

I like the brewed coffee being served and I recommend it to be maintained, but endeavor to serve a better quality of coffee whenever possible.

Our stay at Savoy Hotel Mactan had its fair share of disappointments. The front desk service was notably slow, with multiple staff members seemingly uninterested in promptly addressing guest queries, highlighting communication issues within the team. Communication problems persisted when we requested basic amenities like bath mats and face towels, only to discover hours later, after following up, that they were in the laundry with no prior communication about the delay. Furthermore, our room had no hot water, a fundamental flaw that, despite assurances from the maintenance staff, was never resolved. The promise of a return visit to fix the issue was unfulfilled, ultimately forcing us to relocate to another room. This inconvenience added to the growing list of disappointments during our stay. Housekeeping also fell short of expectations, with our room showing signs of neglect. No cleaning or vacuuming had taken place, and towels were not replaced, mirrors were not cleaned, chairs were stained, bathroom sick was not cleaned (photos added are our room after requesting our room to be cleaned). It appeared as though the cleaning staff had merely fluffed the pillows and made the bed, neglecting essential aspects of maintaining a comfortable living space. The location, which was surrounded by corporate buildings, was less than ideal. While popular among Korean and Western guests, the area had a notable presence of prostitutes, most likely due to a nightclub next door, affecting the overall ambiance. Moreover, the lack of local dining options nearby, requiring a 15-minute walk for any variety, was inconvenient. The free breakfast, while complimentary, required patience due to a small dining area. Unfortunately, our experience was further marred when workers allowed an impatient individual to bypass the queue, a white man visibly upset about waiting. This incident not only showcased a lack of fairness but also left a negative impression on the overall dining experience.

Was expecting that what I saw from the website will be the same thing. Also, was hoping to have lots of variants for breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was a disappointment and does not cater for international guests when the options are very limited and more suited to local dishes. Lifts not working, every day for 3 days 50% operational. charging 50 for a plate of ice is not right considering this is supposed to be the SAVOY Price does not reflect the reputation and standards of the Savoy brand, the beach is misleading as you have to make a trip to get there so did not bother

We loved our stay at the hotel! Such nice facilities and the breakfast was so good! Everything we needed was just at the area!

We wished the airport shuttle was for free or not overpriced.

The rating was definitely not 4-star, more like 2-star. It is substandard. The beds were horrible, and I don't think they fit the correct hotel standard. The bed box is far bigger than the mattress, which makes us hit our legs and nearly took off one of our toe nails. The bed definitely poses a health and safety issue. Lobby or foyer carpet was ripped and has tripped individuals, including myself. Breakfast was and once again didn't fit a 4 star rating hotel. The selection was poor. There's beach access but detached from property, although not necessarily an issue.

Our room has a smell. No bathrobes, no hotel slippers, no dental kit in the bathroom. Our room smells cigarette. Breakfast buffet suggestion is to add other food/ viands. The pool was good but the assigned crew were not assisting the guests. You have to go to the cashier/ bar for orders. We were every disappointed with the ROOM SPA. We went inside a hotel room where spa is located. The 3 employees was just awake and wearing jackets/ house clothes. Not presentable & hygienic. It’s not worth the PRICE. There were no bedbunks, the bedfoam for spa/massage was on the floor only. The “SPA ROOM” was like a typical regular room. I highly suggest to find other theraphist. We booked the 1.5 hours Thai massage but not worth it. I’m into spa everyweek. Your massage theraphist needs trainings. I’ve been to other SAVOY HOTELS locations in Philippines but this is not worth the money. Sorry

the hotel was very clean staff very friendly breakfast was really good. The taxi from airport to hotel was excellent taxi driver so friendly and was the best start to trip you could of hoped for. a lovely welcome to cebu. hotel air conditioned which was a joy to come back to.

only downside beach was lovely but facilties toilets changing area were very poor toilet was dirty low pressure on water no toilets paper didn't flush. it was a shame as everything was of the highest standard. 10 mins walk from hotel but didn't always want to be walking back and fourth in the heat.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Check in was smooth. We tried the all day dining restaurant and it was superb. Pool was great and for all ages. Pool bar was also superb. Staffs were accommodating and friendly!
