Location to town was good, good size for family of 5

No key in lock box, bathroom outlets did not work, garage door to pull car into did not work, had to call property management to let us into unit after door locked us out. No parking pass in unit, so got a parking ticket within 24 hours on the property, had to visit the local office to get a pass.

Comfortable house and home like equipped kitchen. It was nice to listen some music on vinyls.

Great location! Within walking distance to Main Street and the gondolas.

Check in was 4pm, we arrived at 5 and cleaning staff was just finishing up. She had several maintenance requests that needed to be completed, including fixing shower doors and lights. This was all happening as we were coming in and trying to get settled. The listing isn’t entirely complete. There is no air conditioning and no ceiling fans, we had to have maintenance come back and bring us a fan. There was no outdoor grill and the “outdoor furniture” on the patio was one plastic chair. There were only two small trash bags and no cleaning supplies at all- not even a dish rag to wipe off the counters. No dish soap. Some of the dishes and utensils were not clean, even though they had been put away. None of the three bathrooms had a working outlet. You have to go up 3 sets of stairs to reach the bedrooms- this didn’t bother us, but wasn’t complete on the listing. The “fully equipped kitchen” is a hodge lodge of pots and pans, no baking sheets, no pantry items at all. These aren’t big deals, other than it would have been nice to know prior to arrival to prepare/purchase. There were no instructions on how to access the pool or hot tub- no map as to where they were.
