Le personnel était incroyable, très gentil et attentionné, cela a a participé à la beauté du séjour. Le lieu est très joli, la location de scooter/le prêt de vélo un plus vu l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Chambre et salles de bain bien entretenues et propres. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour!

Si nous devions trouver qqchose de négatif à dire, cela serait plutôt les prix du restaurant un peu élevé pour la région… même si cela reste très bon !

The atmosphere was beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The food was good. You wake up to a view of the mountains and nature. It was really easy to rent a motorbike to get around. Also, the website says that there was a futon in the room, but it was really one of the curvy love chairs...lol, surprise!

I didn't like the bathroom. It was rustic which I was expecting. I wasn't expecting the rats. They ran up and down the roof all night, and the bathroom door didn't close well. I made the mistake of leaving something valuable on the bathroom counter and the rats stole it and my toothpaste.

De accommodatie ligt in een prachtige omgeving, we konden elke ochtend en avond van het uitzicht genieten vanaf ons terrasje. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten, waaronder het inbegrepen ontbijt, was heel lekker. Ook kregen we vaak gratis eten om te proeven!

Accommodatie ligt wel ver van het centrum van Tam Coc af, waardoor je wel een motorbike moet huren (dan is het nog 20 minuten rijden).

Such a beautiful place, surrounded by nature. The staff were incredible. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Felt like a home stay! Such great food and rooms and felt like we were staying at a friends house. Bike rental was great to get around and the staff were so sweet. Mr Kim seems like a great manager who makes sure all of his guests and employees are looked after, they even packed us lunch before we departed for our next destination. We had a massage and the service and ladies were great!

Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Die Massage war auch gut. Die Unterkunft ist außerhalb von der Stadt, aber sehr ruhig zum Entspannen.

Está en plena naturaleza (punto muy a favor), pero ttenemos 20 minutos hasta el pueblo y los sitios a visitar y además los animales sacan ruido de noche

Nested in the middle of fields and surrounded by those characteritics hills, Lamia Bungalow feels like a nature retreat. The facilities are full of charm and very well appointed. Our bungalow was comfortable, clean and quite (althouh sound insulation is low, so if your neighbours are too noisy, you will hear them). We had a private bathroom in an outdoor part of the bungalow. Even though we're in the middle of nature, everything is clean. I barely saw any mosquito (we were there end of November) but my wife got a couple of bites -- definitely not something we had to worry about. The staff there is INCREDIBLE. Mr Kim, the owner, is super friendly, knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. On arrival, he spent some time with us going over our itinerary to make suggestions and recommendations. And in fact this is true for all the staff we interacted with there. Anytime we had a need or a question, they would always try to find the best solution and go out of their way to help. The restaurant is also very good! Many of the ingredients are sourced locally and it tastes wonderful. The location is not central but I don't know if any location can be central in Ninh Binh, given how everything is spread out. And they have motorbikes on site which you can rent (for a very affordable price) and which are great to move around. The last day, we were able to store our bags there while we were visiting and we could use the communal bathroom (also very clean) to take a shower before our night train. Ninh Binh itself is a fantastic destination.

Die Lage war perfekt, sehr ruhig inmitten der Natur. Wir haben fast alle Mahlzeiten dort gegessen, weil es so lecker war. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und offen. Es gab einen schönen Pool und man konnte eine Massage buchen. Fahrräder sind kostenlos, auch Roller ausleihen war möglich. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Great accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature. It's fun to just take one of the free bicycles and ride around the area. :) They also rent scooters and provide laundry service although laundry is quite expensive with 65k/kilo. Food is also on the more expensive side. Staff is great though and make you feel welcome straight away. And they have cute dogs. 🐕😊

Accueil parfait, personnel très aimable qui nous a conseillé sur les choses à faire aux alentours, le bungalow était très mignon et une superbe vue sur le lac et les montagnes. La nourriture y est également très bonne et pas très chère. Seul bémol, il me semble que le jacuzzi est en accès limité à un seul bungalow, et la piscine était verte donc peut être pas accessible à cette période de l’année (décembre). La ville y est accessible en vélo ou en scooter, on peut aussi réserver un taxi directement auprès du personnel pour un prix très raisonnable. Quoiqu’il en soit, je recommande a 100% cet hébergement, pour la vue et le cadre qui sont impressionnants, et pour le personnel très chaleureux et accueillant.

Nos alojamos en el bungalow con piscina privada y fue espectacular , despertar con esas vistas no tiene precio … Los dueños son maravillosos, se esfuerzan para que estés súper cómodo, la comida súper rica , tienen 2 perritos monísimos y súper cariñosos, nos llevamos un recuerdo de por vida .Aconsejamos alquilar moto para moverse .

Uitzicht en de omgeving

The female owner is very friendly, has good English, and helped us to plan out our activities for the next few days. The property and bungalows are cute! Good coffee and we appreciate the extensive breakfast selection as we were there for a few days. Cute dogs 🐶 hot water is reliable. It was a bit hard to get to but that made it quite peaceful (compared to Tam Coc). Mosquito net is provided over the bed.

We wish that the toilet was fully enclosed as there were lots of bugs and leaves all the time

Away from all the noise at the foot of a mountain in the outskirts of ninh binh. The staff were all friendly and helped us plan our day’s activities after serving a great meal from their property based restaurant.

A little further from ninh binh township and all the popular attractions then we expected

The room itself was lovely. I was a little nervous about all the insect messages but all we had were ants and a cute frog in the bathroom. Very comfy stay and adorable little dogs around.

The circular private pool in the photos is not for each room. Was a bit misleading, expecting it was communal or each room got one so was disappointed that this wasn't the case. The actual communal pool is just not very nice. I am all for nature but felt like I'd get sick if I used it. Tricky to get in and out of the property without bikes or car, bumpy roads in and out and cabs got lots quite often en route.

Very good food, friendly people, very nicely decorated restaurant and surrounding - the center of the homestay. Very comfortable bed and a clean and nice shower outside which we enjoyed a lot hearing birds and nature sounds. Also staff helped in a birthday surprise, which was very nice.

I asked just after the booking (several months in advance) to be put in the house with the pool with an amazing view that you see on the pictures of the stay. We got another one, and I don't think there's any way to really ensure getting it, so if you are coming only because of that view, consider that you might end up in another house, which has a pool, but without that view. The door to the bathroom was very hard to move and as the window and entrance door are normal, the back one could be done in a similar way, which would protect internals from mosquitoes. As it is, there are big breaks between that door and the room, so sleeping with a mosquito net is a must, and relaxing inside the room after dark is not really possible, unless without a light. I am giving 10 because those points were just little annoyances, but it might give you more insights about the place to decide if it fits your needs

Set in the most beautiful of surroundings, could hire bikes from them for £5 a day which made travelling around the sites much easier. Food was of a good standard too.

Service was slow, waiting 20+ mins for drinks while it was quiet. Pictures are very flattering for what’s essentially a shed next to a pond. The shower didn’t drain and would flood the bathroom every time it was used.

Alles. Die Lage ist phänomenal schön. Mitten in der Natur, die Anlage ist voller Pflanzen und sieht top gepflegt aus. Der Bungalow mit Bergblick und eigenem kleinen Pool ist ein Traum. Man fühlt sich wirklich als wäre man eins mit der Natur und kann mal richtig runterkommen. Vor allem im Vergleich zu dem Trubel der großen Städte (vA Hanoi und Ho-Chi-Minh-City) ist der Kontrast enorm. Vom Personal war auch ausschließlich jeder mit dem wir zu tun hatten total nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Schon bei der Ankunft wurde uns erklärt, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind und welche Touren man gut machen könnte. Da wir drei ganze Tage vor Ort waren hatten wir auch viel Zeit. Bei der Organisation der Ausflüge (in unserem Fall, weil wir kein Motorrad fahren, war es die Anheuerung eines Fahrers) wurde uns ebenfalls geholfen und die Kosten dafür konnten ganz einfach mit in die Endabrechnung aufgenommen werden. So waren wir meistens den ganzen Tag unterwegs und kamen dann am Spätnachmittag zurück, um den Abend ganz entspannt in der Anlage und im hauseigenen Restaurant (das übrigens auch super ist, vor allem auch als Vegetarier) ausklingen zu lassen. Die Preise für alles waren sehr fair, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war unterm Strich für uns absolut passend und gerechtfertigt. Wir würden das Bungalowhotel jedem 100%ig empfehlen, der die Ruhe, die Entschleunigung und die Nähe zur Natur zu schätzen weiß. Wer ein Problem mit Mücken oder anderen kleinen Tieren hat, ist hier nicht richtig. Wer ungeduldig oder unter Zeitdruck ist, auch nicht. Die Wartezeiten im Restaurant waren schon teilweise länger, was uns persönlich aber gar nicht gestört hat. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet und jeder Cocktail in liebevoller Kleinarbeit angerührt - das ist eben keine Fließbandarbeit und dauert seine Zeit. Wir sind unterm Strich mehr als glücklich und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben.

Splendida struttura immersa nel verde, lontano dalla confusione! Cura nei dettagli, abbiamo alloggiato in un bungalow meraviglioso con vista montagna e piccola piscina privata! Ristorante con cucina deliziosa, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, ci hanno spiegato cosa fare in zona e si sono occupati della prenotazione di bus e taxi. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli tutto il giorno è permesso di farci la doccia alla sera dopo il check out, fornendoci anche gli asciugamani. Consigliatissimo!
