The accommodation for a family is quite good. It has enough space.

There was blockage in the bathroom and basin. The towels weren't 100% clean. There was not enough cooking pans and utensils in the kitchen.

Handy location. Cafe on site. Friendly staff.

It was a little scruffy on the room. Scuff marks etc.

The pool was very shallow, the bottom of the pool is very sharp and cut my feet It was very dusty, there was food spill on the walls and even on the ceiling Vomit stains on the couches Towels provided was dirty Black mold was found in the kitchen sink and bathrooms The aircon continuously shut down every 30 minutes. The noise from the resort next door was unbearable

Small pool, different from photos. Check in was a nightmare, hard to get the second key! Room had no saucepan or mugs. TV missing from master room.

Not enough toilet paper, needed more laundry powder, more than 1 towels per person so can use for showering and pool

Nice location, balcony view was great. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Short with cutlery considering family staying at the place. Had an issue with blinds but they were fixed immediately however the issue reoccurred two more times. For a six days of stay, there was limited supplies provided like shampoo, washing m/c powder etc.

The blinds in bedroom were so old and morning sun came in from the gaps in the blinds forcing us to get up early. There was no double bed in the room. two single beds were combined together and was uncomfortable. for 5 night stay we were given two super gels small tubes and we were expected to just use them for 6 days.

Cleanliness, layout, attentive staff on hand to answer any questions promptly. Less than 5 min walk to tram and the beach.

Collecting key from the hotel desk and bring able to leave luggage if needed at the hotel after checkout.

Our accommodation was filthy. The floors were sticky (after a second clean were still filthy), there were bugs everywhere and the blinds in the room downstairs were broken.

Cleanliness. Also a very rowdy area.

When I tried to click to watch something in Netflix the remote wouldn’t work

Second time I’ve stayed with Ruby and let me say it’s always good to be there, feels like my second home really. The staff always go beyond measure to take care of their guests! My friends and I have made it our thing now that if we’re staying in the goldy Ruby is the only place we’ll go as we trust them 🫶🏽

Only thing I didn’t like about this trip down was my glass sliding door was broken upon arrival. The entire handle and lock was pretty much ripped off and hanging on by a thread so I was worried that would affect me in some way when coming to get my deposit back, but no issues thankfully! This is in room 1709 in case you need further details

It was very clean and comfortable. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. The pool was great for unwinding. BONUS to have CAFE downstairs.

Within walking distance to cavil avenue. We were situated on the 8th floor and had the best time. The appt has an awesome ensuite bathroom and aircon was beautiful. We arrived after 6pm so had to pick our 2nd key up from the collection spot down the road. Very simple and the instructions has photos which made it easier

The main bedroom blinds were broken; but no big deal we didn’t need to use them.

Close to everything great views

The room was clean and rooms were spacious and comfy. Most facilities were working perfectly and everything was easy to find. Parking and keys were safe and secure.

The door lock in the ensuite in the upstairs bedroom would jam and was very difficult to get out. Would’ve liked an extra cutting board, tea towel and a brush and pan.

Everything was great. Location, parking, facilities. Will definitely stay again

I've stayed in this exact aar5ment previously. Love the apartment, love the location.

When I arrived the lock on the balcony door was broken. I emailed Booking.com relayng the issue and my concern, stating that this is a security issue (even though it is on the 13th floor someone could climb in from the adjoining room). I was assured the maintenance person would be notified to fix this issue however I was there for 13 days and it was never fixed.

The beds had sand underneath the bed covers. We realised this before even going to the beach so it definitely wasn’t our sand.
