Location was great, close to everything without being noisy. Great ocean views. Great pools. Furniture comfortable, unit clean and everything you needed to cook a meal with.

No windows in bedrooms so got stuffy.

Brilliant location, close to the beach and Surfers Paradise restaurants and mall. uninterrupted views of the beach from our unit. Friendly reception staff on during the day made up for crappy after hours check in.

Check in was complicated after hours, no instructions from Break free about access prior to our visit. 1 out of 3 lifts not in use sometimes 2. Made lift wait times long. Kitchen in unit had recently been done but units are dated in general.

Rooms outdated.

Killer views and facilities including pools, sauna, tennis court and easy access to the main shopping precinct (10 min walk to Coles). The decor is dated but there are two spacious bathrooms, large living area and full width balcony. Three lifts for easy access. Helpful staff. Walk out the front and straight onto silky sanded beaches. Short walk to the local tram network.

The bedrooms were quite hot at night. They have overhead fans but ideally they'd each have an aircon. The main living area aircon just about cools the space. Quite a lot of defects with toilet, overheating fridge, broken drawers but to be expected in an older apartment. Strange mix of local shops, unreliable bus system with poor customer support - if you need airport connection.

The room I was given was not the room I booked. The photos on my booking clearly show that it is not the room (14A) I was given. Room 14A is very dated and in poor condition. The photos on my booking were the reason I booked the room. It showed a room in very good condition but it is a different room to what I was given. I would not have booked the room they gave me if I saw photos if it. I feel like I was defrauded.

The location was just perfect. Close to everything by walking.

The apartment was clean but a bit run down and probably needs a renovation. There were small cockroaches running around. Thankfully, we only stayed to sleep as we were out most of the days.

Internet only worked in the main bedroom. Couldn't get Foxtel and the TV stopped working on 3rd last day. The spa was not operating for 2 days

We are not happy with the services. we could not use swimming pool or spa on third days as it was closed. we could not internet on TV they have sent two people to fix it but they could not it. The extra mattress was the worst however they changed it. the rooms had not air con.

the amazing ocean front location. Not many places that offer a front facing view of the Ocean. right on surfers and the most convenient location

it is dated and needs a makeover. the top storage space shelves in the bedrooms were dusty and stuff lying there which was full of dust. the area you are doing to be using is all clean so no issues..

The location was only about 8min walk to shops, and view was nice enough, and the pool was good enough for the kids. there was washer and dryer and fold out clothes line provided.

We stayed in 16E, apartment had really old leather sofa, not comfortable and it did not look like the pictures, not the same views. you are only given one packet of dishwashing liquid which was not enough. did not bother asking for more as I had already informed them of some bathroom lightbulbs that were out, and told will be changed next day but never did. If you want to cook, prepare to buy oil/butter, salt pepper, as there are no essentials provided including cling wrap/foil and had no baking dishes or oven mits. we got a parking spot in basement level which does not have lift access, had to walk up a level with all the luggages to access lift.

Close to shops, clean unit & a good size rooms. This is our second time we have stayed there & will book again next year
