A nice situated and well-maintained location in the middle of the vineyards. However ..., by calling this an "Agriturismo" you are really misled in our eyes. We thought that we - together with 4 other families / couples who had booked this (small-scale) location (that would be the maximum occupancy) could have a nice week in peace, in nature and with fun. For years we have been visiting the most fantastic agriturismos throughout Italy; all located in beautiful countryside, often surrounded by vineyards and olive trees; where the owner is proud of his/her products and is happy to introduce his/her guests to them in various ways (tour, tasting); in short, as a guest you immediately feel welcome and 'at home'. However, at this location immediately upon arrival, the shitty music blared loudly from the speakers at the pool and it turned out that very (noisy) local groups of families/friends populated the pool and the area around it all day (their own real guests were even asked to ' down the road' (...). How to enjoy holiday, relax or read a good book in this chaos? And this wasn't just at the weekend (which we thought at the beginning), but it lasted all week. 09:30 in the morning until about 23:00 in the evening continuous that terribly loud music and the people who apparently flooded the pool and the space around it for a payment of a few Euros were the top priority of the owner and his actual guests they didn't matter at all And when the swimming pool was almost empty for a while, our children were not even allowed to dive or throw a ball and they were also addressed about that, while the local people turned a blind eye allowed...We literally 'run away' from this location every morning to come back late at night; only to sleep and shower. Incomprehensible ...

Music outside all day long. It would be nice to hear birds and wind in the trees.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, swimming pool, large room space, home made Italian pizza, country side, close to autostrada.

Very comfortable place with nice, helpful people. Especially for families they offer everything what is needed during holidays.

The location, a short drive from the centre of Ravenna, was lovely and peaceful - set in well-cared for grounds. Bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Both Dinner and breakfast were delicious and Stefano made us very welcome.

Less packaging in plastic and more of an accent on local products(Olive oil in bottle along with other condiments). Music omnipresent in garden ...in the summer it is nice to listen to the crickets and cicadas
