bad food , no choice no toiletries, got dental kit for Rs 50 from house keeping dirty swimming pool, not maintained for years bed linen not changed for 3 days cleaned the room in 5 mts toilet not cleaned we were received by the security who also became the receptionist and handed over the keys no one to carry baggage

Staff at the hotel was very courteous. Receptionist Asha was very prompt by giving a call and checking on our every need. I would to come back again.

They should have smoking rooms available as it is a hassle to keep going out for a smoke..
