Not a damn thing

The entire place was infested with roaches and I made multiple complaints the entire time I was here and they have the AUDACITY to want to charge me for a “stained sheet” but never mind the stained walls furniture and entire home.

It was spacious

Not the property but didn’t like that we could not go into the water park and that was the purpose of choosing that location because of the water park! Very disappointed!!!

Pool wasnt that clean,there were centerpides in the pool and inside the house.washer wasnt workin really good.one the tubs upstarts was clogged

I Really love Encire resort I normally book directly with them however the dates I needed weren't available so I went with a third party and it was not pleasant and I will never book with ACO again!!!

The pool was filthy and the glass shattered inside the oven while we were baking. They seemed unconcerned that our children's food had been compromised by glass shards.

Did not like customer service, did not like response to issues like previous trash did not like phones not being answered did not like television not working did not like mold in most bathrooms did not like worn carpet did not like broken parts in washing machine did not like stains in furniture did not like holes in walls did not like missing blinds did not like dirty grill did not like someone from pool maintenance turning on hose to fill up pool and almost overflowing pool if I had not turned off hose...should I continue.......

The location.

Poor management. Home was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait a few hours before it was finally ready. Also, the home was not clean. Trash was outside of the perimeter of the home as well as near pool area. Garbage and recycle bins were filled to capacity so we had no where to discard our trash. In addition, the stairs in the home were drenched and created a fall risk. Before I arrived, I received an email stating that the stairs were "a little wet" but they were more than "a little wet". They were soakinh wet. I contacted the property via email, text and phone, as well as sent photos. They stated they would send someone to resolve the issue and that never happened. I sent them another email explaining no one ever showed up to resolve anything. As a customer, I felt very helpless and uncomfortable.

The house was pretty spacious.

The pool area was disgusting, they need to power wash that area, the floor is filled with mold. The dining table glass is dirty under, the sofas shouldn’t be that material when you’re renting to so many people, they tend to smell. The kitchen chairs are dirty as well! Not enough towels for the amount of people.
