It's one of the cheapest and close to the shopping area but far from being called HOTEL.

It's a very old hotel and exceptionally dirty and the dust it's everywhere. The bathroom it's rotten with the cockroaches crawling everywhere and no room service even for a long stay. First time such an experience within 3 months of traveling in Mexico. No regular cleaning and several times I had to clean the bathroom wash basin before I use it and had to cleen the door and the unit next to the bed as it was disgusting to look at it. The dust around the door, window and dirty window glasses perhaps had been there for many months if not for a year. The floor was covered by dust. The fridge it's like a cupboard and not functioning properly and can't keep anything cold in it and I had to throw out my milk after 3 days. The ceiling fan runs like a factory machine and hard to sleep at night due to the noise that's making. The pillow was so thin even when it was folded up it was not good and they couldn't give me a proper one and left with the neck pain. No one is speaking English and there is no one to provide you the information about the area or the tourist attractions in the city. Very slow Wi-Fi in the room and sometimes no Wi-Fi at all and there was no fan in the boiling hot upstairs sitting area and I've been stuck in my room if I was in the hotel with no WIFI as it was not possible to stay without the fan in the sitting area and full of mosquitoes.
