Electric awning, outdoor speakers, single slideout, rear entry to bathroom, and adult size bunkbeds in the rear make this a great family camper. TV with DVD player, working AC and heat, and electric and gas fridge and hot water heater have all been tested for this upcoming summer season! The camper comes with a plastic table and outdoor rugs to enjoy below the awning, while paper/plastic silverare/plates/bowls are provided. Cleaning products, a broom and dust pan, and toilet paper are provided. A standard coffee pot with filters are provided as well, but renters should bring their own water for drinking/cooking. The camper also has regular silverware, pots, pans, cutting boards, cups, etc. There is also a septic dumping hose, a water hose, and extension cord all stowed below the camper. Unfortunately, we do not provide linens, bedding, towels, or camping chairs with the camper.
