the rooms aren’t kept well, deteriorated

Town area and the location we plan to go is just the opposite of the hotel.
The hotel ambience is not to my liking, a bit dark n not lively maybe due to covid 19, they just started operating again few months back...

location if you attend a late night in CUME Bar
very dark , needs a through clean up , bar pool is closed

The location is close to my associate office and therefore to me become a good option to begun with.
It is quite understandable that in the mid of covid that the place weren't attracting a lot of people. Therefore it wasn't really a place that command great comfort or sporting a 5 star environment.

The rooms are very basic for a hotel and the interior need some upgrading as the place from previous experince has detiorated however still acceptable.
Most of their facilities are down or non operation due to Covid i guess however can live with at present condition. There are still facilities in within the surrounding enough for basic needs and F&B
