Second time staying at this hotel so I kind of knew what to expect. It's fine for its price point but have low expectations. ^^;

Taipei had a particularly low-temperature spike this week making the hotel room very cold since there's no heating system in the building. (Only AC cooling) Room had a damp smell due to humidity.

Breakfast same menu all days...nothing new items...taste many indians do not like except bread... We reach bit early but staff trying to accommodate another big room with higher price....not even considered to say to accommodate once room is ready. We were waiting for an hour or so. Agree as per policy tocheck-in at 3pm. But they should tell once room is ready then can accommodate instead promoting another high price room

Hotel is located in a pretty quiet residential district of Taipei. I liked staying at the 8th floor, facing away from the street to avoid the noise. Hotel room felt spacious enough. Convenient stores and restaurants available right next to the hotel. Free tea, orange juice and cafe machine was available at the cafeteria area at the ground floor. Very convenient!

Wallpaper and carpet floors clearly have seen better days. Cigarette burns and other stains covered the carpet. Dust was gathered in various corners of the room. And this was the same for the common corridors leading to the hotel room. I've come to expect this for a hotel of this price point so it wasn't a surprise. Bathroom tub didn't have a shower curtain, making it difficult to avoid spraying water outside... Just adding one would help reduce the humidity in there and help reduce risks of mold.

I like how the staff treat us well especillay Jerry . He really make sure that we are comfortable. He is very helpful and kind to our every concern. I will definitely book again when we get back to Taipei.

飯店比較舊。窗簾看起來很髒。早餐不怎麼樣，住4晚，吃一天接下來就不想再吃了。

The free breakfast buffet had a lot of options and convenient. In addition, the location was relatively convenient with several convenience store, groceries and coin laundries being near by as well as the nearest MRT station being an around about 10-15 minute walk away.

There was not as much space in the room, but that was expected and we easily adapted.

Friendly and responsive staff. We were allocated a new room after we spotted a new trail of ants in our first room. Good location. Near to many night markets.

I like how huge their bed is.

Maybe as an asian traveller the breakfast should have rice and egg with something meat like hotdogs or sausage.

The staff were ok.

The room was very very dirty, it looked like it was never cleaned, cockroaches crawling around, the walls and floor was spotted with mysterious spots. The wallpaper was falling off. There were old hairs everywhere.
