The location was beautiful, easy to find. Size and rooms were as expected from description on Booking.com. Nice large kitchen perfect for large family. Decor and furnishings were nice and went very well with the lake theme. We did have to call property manager about some very minor things, he responded promptly and was very friendly.

Communication from Property Management prior to arrival was confusing and difficult with delay in receiving entry code due to confusing emails. We had to unload dishwasher from previous guests, limited parking available for size of unit (Only 2 parking spaces for 5 bedroom unit). Every room had some sort of sign with threat of a penalty ranging from $100 -$500 for breaking rules already included in the contract as well as the information tablet in the unit that contained all the rules, creating a "walking on eggshells" comfort level.
