We can't really say enough good things about this property. I was not traveling with my wife and daughter (who stayed at the location) but I was tasked with finding them someplace 'relaxing and fun' for the last week in the Philippines. I found this property, did my homework and everything seemed good. I asked the few questions I had (ie: how many beds....everyone needed their own bed) and made the booking. I was dealing with Nancy, who happened to be traveling in Europe herself at the time. In the end I ended up booking for my wife and daughter, plus 3 of her relatives. We got the guest passes arranged quickly (we booked 3 days in advance of arrival and Nancy got everything done for us). They arrived and were given the keys and guest passes without any problems. The people at the front were extremely polite and helpful. When they got to the room, it was very, very nice, but the sleeping arrangement meant that a couple of people would need to double up. My wife said it was OK, but I had arranged 'beds for everyone'. I was sure it was just miscommunication between booking and the resort, so I send a message via this site saying there was an issue. Less than 30 minutes later Nancy responded saying she had already contacted the resort and they were sorting it out. Note - I am in Canada, Nancy is in Europe, and my family is in the room at 2pm Manila time Thru this I was on a video chat with my wife when somebody from the property came up to the room to tell them that they had sorted it out. This was no more than 45 minutes after I first contacted Nancy. Nearly simultaneously I get a message from her (Nancy) saying that they got an adjoining room and that everyone did indeed have their own bed. The rooms were (as my wife said) "very nice and pretty", comfortable, clean and quiet.

Frankly, I can't really point out anything that they were unhappy with when they stayed there, nor anything I was was disappointed with on the booking and support side. I would recommend coordinating with them in advance if you have questions to make sure that what you were expecting is what you would get. And if there is a problem (things happen) speak to them... they seemed very eager to make things right. One caution is that there IS a fee for using the wave pool. I was initially concerned when some reviews mentioned that they didn't know this until they got there. It is pointed out in the "Hosted by Nancy Glocker" section but you can miss it (I did on first read thru). It says "Access to the Wave Pool is PHP 250/person from 7-11 AM and PHP 250/person from 2-7 PM." That is not a big charge, but if you didn't know it, you may be put off to find out when you get there. Other than that, there is really nothing about the place that was negative. Of course, your mileage may vary.

Everything else. A lot of rules and security guards - felt prison like. You have to pay for the pool per person, per session, which is 250 php. If you’re a couple, and go the morning and night sessions, that’s 2000php a day. what a joke, absolutely ridiculous. Towels aren’t even provided for the pool. Staff were rude and not accommodating. Location is horrible - far walk from everything, and exit resort right on to a very busy and loud highway. Overly priced. Shower hot water didn’t always work.

The amenities available at the resort was nice. I liked the convenience stores and the laundry service. The fact that it was on the first floor was also very convenient. The room itself was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you needed. The two bedroom she also had available was way nicer and roomier. But for a couple, the one bedroom was adequate.

The traffic to get in and out of this area was horrible. Getting a grab was difficult. The rooms were very clean but there were still cockroaches. We rented other rooms for my kids and they weren’t as nice or clean. They ended up being moved more than 5 times in the 11 days we were there.
