More like dormitory rather than hotel. There is no 24/7 staff in reception. No landline. The place is open area like dormitory.

Not friendly staff.. Located on the 3rd Floor, no elevator access, not convenient with people who have back problem or other medical conditions. Incomplete amenities. TV not working. Not sound proof, audible noises from people coming in and out of the area. No telephone access in case of emergency. Staff unavailable after 12am.

I liked that the area was quiet and just walk a little bit and there are lots of shops and restaurants available.
I expected to have a bigger room, per room details on the listing, but it was comfortable.
