May suffer from power outage during summer. Food is more expensive than expected, but understandable given the remote location.

The food was fantastic, probably the best dinners I had in Vietnam, really! I highly recommend eating there. If you are staying overnight, get the rooms with the mountain (rice field) view, you will not be disappointed, it's worth the money. The location is great, and most importantly the staff and owners are very kind and welcoming, loved them.

The only aspect that was less desirable was that the bungalows were not fully sealed (main doors and toilet window) meaning that mosquitos and all kinds of critters could get into your room. To compensate, they have a bed mosquito net and the air con and ceiling fan did the job just right.. to keep your room cool.

All are wonderful from people and natural scenery. will be back

I found it was a little overpriced in comparison to others. No nice views unless specifically having a room overlooking which was disappointing

The location was very beautiful and the staff super friendly. The food was delicious. The pool is perfect.

Some things were very expensive. E.g. the rent of motorbikes. It was more than 3 times the price of other tourist location. Also we wished for more vegetarian choices. We mentioned it to the staff and they were super helpful and organized more options. One mattress was really really hard.

Lovely setting

A lovely hotel! The owners were so helpful (organized transport from Hanoi and recommended walking routes), the food was excellent, the pool was absolutely amazing, and the views were great. It was such a fantastic retreat from city, we could take short hikes/walks directly from the hotel to see various nearby villages. The landscape was stunning and after a hot walk we loved jumping into the very large swimming pool. The wifi was quite good too. Highly highly recommend this hotel!

It gets a little buggy at night, but that's just part of being out in nature! Our beds had mosquito nets we could use and they had lots of bug spray at the front desk.

The breakfast is not a buffet like we could think on the picture but it’s a menu.

The hotel has an amazing view to the rice paddies. The room is very comfortable and authentic.

Everything was excellent! The staff helped provide the best experience possible. The rooms are clean and the view is incredible!

There are bugs, but you are in the countryside. So, you really cannot avoid it. Just bring insect repellent and you are fine.

The staff was excetionally friendly, and the atmosphere of the facilities was superb.

The views from our bungalow balcony were wonderful, and the room was comfortable. The owners were also lovely and arranged tours of the best locations in and around Pu Luong for us. They also arranged a very reasonably priced transfer to and from Hanoi. Pu Luong boutique garden has been a highlight of our time in Vietnam so far.

Loved our stay there: beautiful bungalows in a fancy garden, perfect location, very nice breakfast and restaurant, and staff was super fríendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!

We stayed in the mountain view room, it was one of the best views I have ever seen. Was worth staying here just for that view of the rice fields.

The place needs some maintenance, there were no comfortable places to sit and it looked abandoned. Food was not good.

The room and the view was amazing! Spacious and clean! We were the only guests and there was no Real connection with the staff. But the facilities are awesome.

located in the center of the village, they have nice view from the terrace to the rice field. the room is relatively big and clean, it could be a bit cold in the evening but they have heater. the owner and his family and the staff are super nice and helpful.

The setting is probably the best of all the resorts in the area. Away from the main road the views are uninterrupted amazing. The clean bungalows are quite new and offer all the comfort. The staff will arrange everything you need, food, transfers, massage, motorbike rental, local tips. The food is a full a la carte menu which I do not know how they manage to keep up even in the low season. Come meet Tim and his family, support them and this area and they will give you the best stay.

The breakfast is good, but not great. If I would have to pick one thing that could be improved it would be extending the breakfast a bit.
