Very clean and well appointed. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great location and very nice hotel. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and very good shower. The roof too bar is great for drinks and snacks. We arrived in February/out of season so lots of works ongoing so limited access to outdoor facilities. The shisha bar is a great spot to chill with a few drinks… gym/spa/pool/hamam are all great… outdoor pool is massive and would be great in the summer… staff very freindly and accommodating- overall 8 out of 10…. 😃

Nothing really negative to say other than the food - there was a good selection of food on the menu in the roof top bar but I would not order steak! Poor quality meat! The breakfast/lunch/dinner in main restaurant has decent choice but not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen wurden im Buffet serviert. Die Qualität war solala, hatten schon viel besseres. Das Personal stammt zu fast 90% aus Indien, Pakistan und aus Afrika! Die reichen Weißen spielen seit Jahrhunderten das selbe Spiel weiter... Im Nachbartisch haben diese besagten Leute untereinander diskutiert, wie man Flüchtlinge herholt und dann versklavt ohne eine Krankenversicherung geben zu müssen. Die Kellner haben sich sehr gewundert, wenn wir mal "Bitte und Danke" sagten was man von den einheimischen oder den türkischen Gästen nicht sagen konnte. Der Ton macht die Musik! Über 1000€ für 3 Nächte und dann so eine Enttäuschung. Kann das Hotel niemanden empfehlen! Einmal gab es sogar im Hotel ein Konzert und auf Anfrage in der Rezeption (Anna) ebenfalls rusische Angestellten wurden wir abgeblitzt und nur die Casino Gäste durften rein.

Fast alle Gäste kommen lediglich ins Hotel eigene Casino zum zocken! Die Gäste haben alle geraucht und die vermeintliche nicht Raucherzimmer wurden uns bewusst über booking verkauft. Über die ganze Klimaanlage ist der Rauch durch die Zimmer gezogen. Ein absolutes no Go, zumal meine Frau Schwanger ist und die Leute diesbezüglich nicht zuvorkommend waren.

The food was good at the buffet restaurant. Different varieties. We were upgraded to a larger room since we went there off season.

At the check in, we were told that we may not be welcomed to the bar / club at the facility, just because we don't have girls with us. After dinner, if we can't even go for drinks at the rooftop, then what's the point? Their reason was that we had no reservations but the bar chairs were open. Huge disappointment and discrimination. The service by the beach was also very slow and unpleasant.
