loved the view the space the ambience of the fire. perfect for the children with swings trampoline and playhouses. perfect for the adults with spa open fire snd plenty of outdoor seating

the spa was a bit dirty but nothing major to complain about

Lots of activities in house, including downstairs game room with Xbox and outdoor jumping bed hot pool.
Cleanliness needs to be seriously improved. Master bedroom has an unpleasant odor not sure from the old carpet under bed or linens in closet. Sofas were very torn and floors were dirty with paint stains and noticeable dirts.
