Property was as advertised. Interior nicer than it appears online. Nelson was communicative and ensured that we had a nice 3 day stay.

Perfect location with a view of the ocean. Comfortable with room for everyone. Loved this charming cottage in a quiet location. Exactly as pictured, even better once inside. The host had many little extras - snacks in a bowl on our arrival. Every bathroom had little soaps, shampoo and conditioner! and lotion. This place was a gem.

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and we enjoyed ocean views from living room, dining room, two bedrooms and even the main shower! Water and snacks upon our arrival were a nice touch. Beautiful decorator items made for a French Country Cottage feel. We loved it. The only reason I gave a 4-stars for location is because of highway noise. However, traffic got very quiet at night so not a problem sleeping. We would stay here again because we were very comfortable in the house!

This was a great house with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again!

My sister, my daughter and myself enjoyed a perfect stay at Nelson‘s house. Besides the perfect location across the street from the beach, it was quiet, spacious, clean and stocked with absolutely everything you need. The kitchen was so nice that we always ate in - the Los Osos market had lots of fresh food, Spencer‘s Market was great, and even stocks some top quality local wines. The game and puzzle cupboard was a fun addition, as well as and the big TV that even has Netflix. We especially enjoyed the many hiking locations with breathtaking views. I would definitely go again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was optimal and allowed us to easily explore not only the Cayucos area, but also Cambria and Morro Bay. We are definitely planning on staying again in the near future. The views were awesome! We enjoyed having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. We have already recommended this place to others.

The house is a perfect place in the most charming beach town. The house is well decorated and well maintained, and we had everything we needed.

We had an issue with a house listed under a different rental agency and needed a house right away. We went on vrbo and found Nelson’s property. Immediately booked it. Nelson responded right away. And then asked Nelson if we could get in a day earlier. He graciously enabled that. When we got to his house, there were a few things that would make the kitchen easier for cooking. Nelson immediately got the articles to the house! He left snacks that we enjoyed all week. Comfortable beds and well stocked to make the stay truly enjoyable. Thanks Nelson!!!

Wonderful cottage in a great location with Ocean view. The cottage was beautifully decorated with chandlers lovey touches. Large picture windows to enjoy ocean view. Very comfortable stay for four, we loved it!!

The house was darling. Very easy check in and found clean and ready. Seemed we had everything thing we needed. Was the perfect location for our wine tasting in Pasa Robles. Would love to stay there again.

We had an amazing time at this wonderful property. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the front deck which over looks the ocean. Also the property is close enough to walk into town. We would definitely stay here again

What a terrific property! We were in Cayucos for a friend’s birthday so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but it had everything we could have dreamed of.

The home was well appointed and clean. Perfect size for the 5 of us. Central location. Close to Hearst Castle, Cambria and Morrow Bay. 10 minute stroll to the beach.

Oh my!!! We loved the "Pink Gem"! From the moment we walked in we knew this would be a great home. So clean and sparkly. The views are fantastic. You can see the ocean in almost every room. Everything we needed was there. We did bring our own things not knowing what was available. No need next time. We most definitely will stay her again. This is a "special" place for girls weekend especially or a romantic weekend for 2. If children are young I would not advise unless you monitor closely. Fortunately my twin 6 year old grandkids have been taught to "look with your eyes and do not touch". My granddaughter thought it was her "Pink House" Nelson the owner is fabulous. I communicated with him various times. He gets right back to you. Thank you for the best 2 weeks in Cayucos. Love this town!!!

Great time! Love the area. Great walks on beaches. Super coffee shop,Cayocus coffee shop. Take coffee and walk the beach. Would stay again. Thank you! The house is fully equipped with everything you would need.

Very nicely maintained, in a good location. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was at night, could not hear any traffic noises (with the windows closed :-))

My aunt, cousin, daughter-in-love and myself all had a great time staying at this cute pink gem! Everything was clean and well-stocked. Great central location made it easy to get to anywhere on the Central Coast, from San Simeon to Pismo Beach. If you like firm beds, this is the place! Bathrooms were well-appointed. Ice was available in the freezer. Great views of the ocean once the fog lifted! Would recommend if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay that's comfortable and clean.

A delightful and comfortable home. A great location to ride bikes into Cayucos and up Cayucos Creek Canyon Rd and drive most everywhere else.

This charming little cottage provided the perfect backdrop for three longtime girlfriends to get together. We found the space to be immaculate, and beautifully decorated throughout. The furnishings and finishes were very thoughtfully chosen with a pretty and feminine point of view. Ocean views can be enjoyed from nearly every room as well from the multiple outdoor seating areas. The highway separates the cottage from the beach, so expect a little traffic noise. I promise you, you won’t mind a bit as you sit in the cozy environs! Though we didn’t cook, we could have, as the kitchen was outfitted with everything we would have needed. There is plenty of storage space in the form of closets, shelves, and luggage stands, but there aren’t any drawers in the bedrooms, so bring your hangers! Nelson, the owner, made the check-in/check-out process easy, and was always quick to respond. The little town of Cayucos is like something out of an old souvenir postcard, with a long fishing pier to walk, offering views of Morrow Rock and the bay. Many eateries and shops are at your disposal to sample in this walkable town. The beach with its gentle waves, appears to be a perfect spot to learn to surf, with all equipment supplied by a water sports rental company right there on the shore. You’re close to the wine country and 7 miles from Morrow Bay, so there’s plenty to do—but you may never want the leave the Perfect Pink Paradise!
