I've told her, the apartment is dirty via WhatsApp. She can't answer, because she doesn't understand a word or just don't care. - very dirty windows - almost no hot water in the shower. If you wanna clean the dishes with warm water and your mate is taking a shower. You will hear him scream soon for cold water. There is not enough water for both - the gas oven is damaged - dirt on top of many things. For years, like never cleaned. - the windows are old. At night you will freeze. Because there is no heater. - there was blood (or some red stuff?) / dirt on the Curtains. - the elevator is a death trap. Very old, damaged. The doors are closing constantly. Be careful There is no 24h reception in the building or a guard. That's the discription for the high priced apartment. (which is good). I felt save anyway That's basically the trick here. The owner has a very good apartment. With all the things in the discreption.
