The suite itself was very clean and the communication with Michael and Vy was great and helpful. However, for the night, there was a lack of parking for the spot reserved for our stay. The room itself has pretty paper thin walls, so it was very loud from the upstairs area right above the room. I was also surprised to hear my door unlock to have somebody come across to the other side of my suite while we were in the room, the morning before check out. All and all, not very private but a clean stay nonetheless.

Firstfloor unit in safe neighborhood across from a great park with playground and walking paths. Convenient to grocery and gas. Unit is comfortable and clean.

The only downside was that it is close to a busy road so I had to close the windows to sleep.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. The home was clean, easy to find and perfect for us. The bed was comfortable, and the blankets were comfy. The host answered all questions and was helpful!!!

The property was very clean and airy , it was big for one bedroom , kitchen and living room , the location was excellent safe and very convenient to everything and beautiful park just across the street. Definitely will stay here again on top of that the owner let us check in an hour early when they did not have to that was much appreciated . Love love it.

The unit is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The bed is comfortable.
Michael is a wonderful host and very responsive when anything is needed. The refrigerator broke down during our stay and Michael rescued our food and had another fridge installed within hours.
There is a little street noise, but nothing too disturbing.
Bear Creek Park across the street is a must visit! One of the nicest parks I’ve been to.

The place was a little difficult to find as entry is not in the main Ave but in the back side alley. There were a lot of children on the alleyway. The apartment was clean, careful not to trip on the plastic shoe holder in the entrance. I got the place for 2 nights but stayed for 1. It was quite warm & the available fan was to noisy, I had to unplug it. The room light did not gradually get brighter but there’s a lamp that works just as good. I decided to forego the last night as the room was to warm for me. Otherwise the place is okay, just a little to far from Vancouver which where I needed to be. I suggest the grass be cut as it was very long and not a great option for sitting. The lawn furniture needs upgrading as well. This was my 1st VRBO experience.

Michael was very accommodating, responsive to questions or communications. Couldn’t have been smoother. The accommodations were extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything was over and above what I expected even though the pictures were extremely accurate. You don’t have to be concerned about the space not being less than promised.

We were very pleased with the property and the off street parking stall. The host was gracious and very responsive when we had to have them address an issue with respect to provision of an adequate amount of towels for our group, supplying additional ones in short order as requested. Thank You!

Place is clean and the bed is comfortable. Sheets and duvet were very soft. Traffic is a little loud but room air conditioner helps. There aren’t any restaurants close by if you don’t have a car. No coffee was provided (empty instant jar). Very friendly hosts.

My friend and I stayed here for a week while adventuring around Vancouver. The space was clean, cozy, and easy to find. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the Vancouver area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Surrey. The location was great and the suite had everything you might need for your stay - our little boy loved the little wooden trainset which was supplied! Little extras like that can make a massive difference when staying with small children. Good communication with the owner who was really helpful. We would definitely recommend the suite to others.

Perfect getaway
We found this place to be very quiet and clean. It had everything that we needed. It was spacious. The town was a short drive to Vancouver and other places of interest.
