Dear Team, This is a very unfair deal for me and on the very first day I tried to cancel due to poor quality of the hotel. But, at that time your flatform did not allow me to do so. so, I stayed one night and paid for the next day too and left some other place in Entebbe. They told me that my reservation via booking.com caused me this unfavorable condition and if I did it on my own, they can change the booking and can refund me for the next day. So, this is a good lesson for me and you can get the details from the hotel. If you do not refund my money for the second day that I did not stay, this will be my last deal with booking.com and I have already decided to publicize this incident via my social platforms so as not to experience this kind of cheating.
