Everything everything was magnificent
The cleanest the area, and the workers was on fast response

Location was close to Pigeon Forge
Location was dirty, had not been cleaned thoroughly. The lights in the kitchen were dim. Not enough towels(facility was rated for 28, yet there weren't enough towels for that many). Also, there weren't enough blankets.

Big bedrooms
Big bedrooms, everything was dated and worn out, stove half worked ac upstairs leaked like crazy down in the main room. Notified Vacasa the responded but no one came out. Rotten floor boards, no air hockey pucks or pool stuff, hot tub didn’t work correctly buttons missing.

The house wasn’t cleaned once I arrived to the house I had to reach out to customer service for a cleaning crew that took two hours
