Beautiful rooms, loved the balcony!

The hotel (more like pension) is located on a second floor of a building with private apartments in it. The building itself is in rather depressing state. The elevator reminds me of old soviet elevators back in Russia. Another words, the owners of these apartments don't own the whole building, hence they can't really renovate it/change the elevator/replace the front door. But once you get through the glass doors of the hotel property, you enter an entirely different world: a modern/renovated interiors. There are only 6 rooms. 3 of them are overlooking a busy street, and 3 of them (numbers 4/5/6) overlooking the inner courtyard. Those rooms are very quiet. The room was very spacious, and a bathroom was huge. Everything was light and new and worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the towels clean and fluffy and there was daily housekeeping. Only 5 min walk to the airport express bus (which is super conventient, that bus runs every 15 min).

1. No 24 h reception. Or rather I did not like the check in. I received the email with the code on how to get through the glass door. But I was stuck at the brown front door - no code from it, or there was no button to call to the hotel. There was also no clear instruction on where to go after you make it through the front door - I accidently walked through the courtyard into the opposite building. I notified the hotel via Whatsup regarding my arrival time. 2. No fridge in the rooms. I think there should be one, no matter how small. The hotel has communal kitchen that is fully equipped. But... it's a communal kitchen. Made me feel like I am in a glorified youth hostel. Plus, if you live in rooms 1/2/3 you will hear everything that is going on in that kitchen (sound proofing is minimal from the room doors). So, if you wake up early, let's say you are jetlagged, and up at 6 am, and want some sandwich and coffee, you will wake up people in the above mentioned rooms.

Dans notre chambre, en tant que français, nous avons 2 couettes, nous sommes pas habitué à ça mais pourquoi pas 🤷‍♂️

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla metro! Camera pulita e plastic free (cosa apprezzabile).

Un po' brutto l'ingresso, ma bella la struttura (peccato per le piante finte).

A localização era fantástica. E a amabilidade do staff.

Faltava certo conforto e comodidades.

Quarto bonito e confortável, funcionários quase todos simpáticos e boa localização.

Nas duas primeiras noites senti frio, pois o aquecedor não estava sendo suficiente. No último dia descobri que havia uma janela quebrada, que abria sozinha, provável motivo pelo qual passei frio nas primeiras noites. A funcionária responsável pela limpeza do quarto ficava me pressionando para eu sair do quarto e ela fazer a limpeza. No banheiro há um desnível que precisa ser sinalizado, quase levei um tombo e torci o pé nele. A hospedagem é boa, mas não se trata de um hotel e sim de um airbnb, o que não ficou claro para mim quando fiz a reserva.
