What an incredible place to stay! We have just come home from five nights at John and Nancy's home with our three kids aged 4, 8 and 10, and feel thoroughly rested in spite of skiing every day! It is located in a beautifully peaceful spot with gorgeous views and lots of land and forested areas for the kids to play and explore. It's only 20 minutes from Okemo so getting to the slopes was easy each day. The whole house is cosy and incredibly well-equipt, most especially the kitchen which is set up for the most gourmet of chefs and made preparing food a real joy each day. The basement area is super helpful for kids to play in and also the washing set up really practical for families. Nancy and John were super communicative and helpful, we couldn't have asked for more gracious hosts. Thank you both so much, we would love to return!!

John & Nancy's home was unbelievable, and suited our group of 5 adults and 2 dogs! Despite their one dog policy, they were generous enough to let us bring both of our dogs. We were in town for a nature getaway and to ski Mt Okemo. We knew this place was special from the photos, but were blown away when we actually saw it in person. This home has so much love and warmth to give. We had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, fun and comfort, and the surrounding land was breathtaking. Each morning we took a walk through the snow-covered woods with our dogs. We highly recommend getting outside during your stay here.

John and Nancy are the perfect hosts; very attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed our stay in their beautiful home. We skied at Okemo every week, snowshoed at the nearby Nordic Center, sled down their backyard, had breakfast with the birds every morning , and overall had an amazing time in Weston, VT. The kitchen/ living room area is perfect for sharing stories while cooking meals together. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at John and Nancy’s home on the hill.

A lovely home and grounds for a vacation. The sunroom was awesome, a perfect room to relax. The location allows for easy day trips to enjoy Vermont. If you like to cook, this is the kitchen for you. We had a very enjoyable week at this home.
