Perhaps the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in. High attention to detail, so clean it was like the wrapping just came off. And the town of Nelson is a gem. Highly recommend.

This was our first time staying at a VRBO and the bar has been set! We stayed here for our 20th anniversary and we can't wait to go back. Our host was very informative, helpful and always quick to reply to any messages. The Tremont Loft is absolutely gorgeous with some very cool history. Immaculate and incredible location. Only negative was I didnt want to leave! I would rate it as a 7 out of 5 star.

This is a fantastic location. This is a spacious a beautiful space with high ceilings and doors. The updated windows and ceiling fans allow for a nice breeze. Restaurants are just a very short walk and Nelson has some great restaurants. Even though it is located in downtown, the space is very quiet. The beds are firm and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. This is a wonderful spot to experience Nelson.

This loft is very beautiful—historic and grand, yet with comfortable, modern industrial style, and in a great location near restaurants and shops. The view from the large windows is spectacular. The host communicated well and made great recommendations for places to eat. Note, there is one long flight of concrete stairs leading up to loft so pack accordingly. Enjoyed our stay in Nelson and do recommend this location!

Indescribably wonderful! I could live here forever. The apartment is beautifully appointed, well equipped and in the best location in the historic area of town. Even though we had a rainy day we spent a delightful afternoon in front of the fire playing cards. It was perfect!

And the level of detail inside the loft is fantastic. First class.

Possibly one of the best places we’ve stayed…ever. Great spot - loved Nelson. Went for skiing. Beautiful apartment. Spacious, and well equipped, kitchen. Bed was coffee. Great shower. Terrific instructions and local recommendations from Loree. We’d go back, in a sec!

Our stay was perfect. The location could not be better being on Baker St. itself. The loft was just as pictured and better in person, a real historic feel, with 5 star accommodations. Communication with Loree was effortless and made the stay easy, answering any questions right away. My partner and I would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming through Nelson.

Fantastic loft and accommodation centrally located in BC's best little city. Being on one of the busiest streets in Nelson I wasn't sure about the street noise level but the loft was super quiet even on Friday and Saturday night. Loree, the owner was super to communicate and provided everything that we needed for our week stay. With extreme high temperatures in Nelson during our visit, the A/C also worked very well and was a relief during our stay. Would definetely stay here again.

If I could move into this chic, cozy, warm and polished flat tomorrow, I would. But second to that, renting this property is a dream. Ease of booking, access and responsiveness. Everything was simple and exceeded expectations. I started planning my return trip to this property before I’d been there 6 hours!

A beautiful, spacious loft in the heart of downtown Nelson.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the loft. It was well equipped with good quality kitchenware, linens and furnishings. We were able to host a catered meal with a chef as the prep area and eating space were so spacious. The outside, private patio was an added bonus on a warm day.

Location, cleanliness and ameneties make for a perfect stay
We could not have been happier, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we could have asked for, the location was perfect, the deck well furnished and comfortable and the communication with our hosts was very easy. I would stay here again (and hope I do) and would recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was my 2nd stay at this property, and once again I give it high marks for: location, decor & amenities, and cleanliness.
Similar to staying in a high end, luxury hotel - except more space to spread out, great chef's kitchen, and no interuptions from various staff.

A superb experience
Along with my Wife and my Mother, we spent a couple nights at Loree’s The Loft at Tremont and it was a fabulous experience. This accommodation is a renovated condo in a historic building with both modern and original elements woven throughout. We can not imagine a more elegant place to stay on your vacation. We loved it.
The location is also in the heart of Nelson so convenience to the vibrant downtown core is superb. History, restaurants, great shopping and bars were at our immediate disposal...and we enjoyed all of our encounters with the folks of Nelson.

Perfection!
This is truly a unique space, finished to perfection. The location above the bustling Baker Street was ideal, close to everything, yet removed from it as well. The level of finishings used in the loft are top notch. The private courtyard having a Southern exposure gets all kinds of sun which was an added bonus. you really can’t go wrong with the Fremont Loft.

Extremely comfortable, quiet, and well located with excellent restaurants right around the corner. My third trip to this area and this is the best accommodations I have had in Nelson.
