The noise from the bar below went on pretty late every night & there was always a homeless person or two right outside the front door. Other than that Unit B was cute & fitted our needs. Could of used a second set of towels, even though there was a washer & dryer. & extra blankets.

Modern decor and skylights make this loft a very bright and comfortable place. If you are on a working vacation this loft has the most robust WIFI in Nelson.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great place right on Baker Street in the middle of downtown. You can park your car and forget it as everything is walkable from here. Great beds, lots of room, minimal noise from the restaurant below, not an issue at all.

We spent 3 nights in Flat “B”. It’s location and amenities make it a Winner if you want to be close to everything on Baker Street. The King bed is so comfortable, wow! Didn’t use the second bedroom, can’t comment on that bed but I’m sure it’s super comfy too. Tons of closet space and the kitchen was well-stocked. Very clean unit, would definitely book again! Easy communication with Property Manager.

The property was exactly as it appears in the listing. The condo is great. It was clean and we had no issues at all. We are very familiar with Nelson and this location was great. The included parking stall was perfect.

Modern flat in superb location
This flat is ideal for a quick visit to Nelson, +/or or for a couple or two. We had kids who were studying a little bit and two adults working remote partial days, and for that setup it was a little cramped. could also use another small couch for 4+ ppl to hang out. BUT otherwise super cozy and the manager, Leah, was phenomenal, responding to all of our questions and requests in an extremely timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

This place is super nice. Brand new everything. Awesome location right on Main Street. Still very private and quiet. It was perfect for us wanting to experience Nelson and ski white water everyday. We’ll certainly look to book again next time we visit.

We had a great experience and cozy stay at Broken Hill. We were close to everything and could easily pop downstairs to eat and have a glass of wine. Leah was a fantastic host and replied right away with any questions we had. Thank you!

Great Location
The apartment was great! You can walk anywhere from this location - all the restaurants, shopping etc.
Only downside was that there are no windows in the bedrooms - thought that should have been made clear. Also there is lots of stairs - which is good for you - but if you were older or had any disabilities - it might be a challenge.

Beautiful spot, great location, everything you need, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and did end up spending quite a bit of time in our air conditioned oasis as it was mid 30's and smoky from the fires on a couple of days. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

Well appointed condo in downtown Nelson
New property. Very well equipped. Clean. Easy check-in process. One issue that should be mentioned is that it is directly over a restaurant. One night there was a special event which involved very loud music going on up to closing time at 11pm. This music is very easily heard through the floor of the unit, and was a disruption to my kids trying to sleep. The unit manager was very responsive to my complaints about the noise and it was turned down. Regardless, those looking to rent this property should be aware of its proximity to potential noise. That said, if you are looking for a central, "urban" feel/location while staying in Nelson, this unit ticks all the boxes. The adjoining restaurant, despite the late-night music issue, is fantastic.
