The apartment is homey and comfortable; it has a nice flow. It is nicely decorated. The king bed is comfy and there is nice bedding and linens. There are plenty of plates, pots,, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. There was minimal noise from the neighboring apartments. The dedicated parking was a real plus.

The car noise from Pitt Street is quite loud. Even with all of the windows closed it was loud. The street gets busy early in the morning and continues until late (midnight) into the evening. It bothered me quite a bit, although it did not bother my husband as much.

Location

Apartment is run down and dirty! Air-conditioning only works in dining room. Bedrooms were 90degrees Bathroom shower was leaking and mold everywhere. Sink did not drain. Broken floor & tiles.

The area was fantastic

There was genuine wear and tear that we have been blamed for and the owner is charging us for towels apparently stained by us but cannot provide appropriate evidence. Being a strata building there are codes that must be followed the aircon unit on veranda has no drainage hose and leaves water all over and caused my partner to have a fall and hurt himself someone could be very badly hurt out there or even worse very disappointed in our stay and will not be back

The host was really wonderful and made us feel very welcome to stay at her accommodation. Everything was very clean and tidy. Will definitely be back again.

Clean , beautiful and closed to park

Gorgeous apartment, mostly clean and not too far from Westfield .

The owner demanding to come around for a $150 cash deposit halfway through my stay. Would not accept bank transfer or credit card. Said she would be there at 11.30am, I had to call her at 12.30. Not pleasant to have privacy interrupted and hang around waiting.
