Nice clean unit, everything we required for our trip. Bed was good but a little firm. Clean crisp linen and comfy pillows.

There were no soaps in the bathroom, The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty or previously used. It felt the staff need a bit of training and should have been more accommodating to parking request.

The room was very spacious and really clean. The view from our room was amazing and staff were lovely. Close to shopping and 10 minute walk from the train station

The staff can be rude and unhelpful.. it would be unfair to say all them were rude .. but the one we meet during the night when they was no parking … It’s very difficult to get parking at night .. and you have to go out to park despite having paid for the parking with them . The lift are rather slow too, and the sensor panel breaks down often . The cleanliness is indeed questionable!

I wish there was a bit more utensils for the kitchen ie cooking pan which i needed but wasn’t there.

Excellent comfort in the beds, all facilities needed in the unit, everything was provided for a stay.

Only the lack of washing machine powder/liquid

The premises are excellent. The room is big enough. You can do your laundry, cook something in the kitchen and have a really nice and comfortable bed.

The parking was supposed to be 35 dollars and they charged me 45 dollars when I left.

Check in took a long time.

Seems silly but the Hotel smelt amazing, Everything was neat and tidy. The Views from the sky suite were beautiful. Perfect location with a Metro right underneath so that’s super convenient and only a short walk for the public transport.

Unfortunately out of the three cards we were given for access only one actually worked so we couldn’t leave to do seperate things however we worked around it.

All the amenities, location and the view of course. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Car parking needs to be more organised. We paid for the parking in advance but sometimes we had to go round and round to look for a spot available but didn’t find any.

Great service and amenities. Really helpful and welcoming staff.

Cheap Chinese brand appliances, no minibar, no milk or laundry supplies provided, only two ply toilet paper, normally not an issue but hotel does maker itself as a five star hotel.

Super nice apartment for the family. Will choose again

Cleanliness and location

The elevator system! We waited 25 mins for an elevator to check out.

Close to cafe, woolworths and public transport.

Dirty bathroom. The shower had mould on the ground & there was a used band aid in our master bedroom robe. The cutlery and cups were also dirty.

Lots of space and natural light. The room was tidy and the amenities were maintained well.

The lifts were a bit of a pain. Lots of wait time.

Reception staff took excellent care of us - they allowed an early arrival time due to mobility issues. Stylish, clean, new apartment with fantastic views and great access to transport and local cafes.

The only thing was being unable to access the outdoor balcony in our Level 34 room, as the door was locked.

The room provided has a good view

1. During our stay, one of the maintenance crew just opened the room while we are in there. They have their own key and just opened the door. 2. The clothes washer was just installed on our 4th day of stay. 3. During our check out, the elevator in 43rd floor is not functioning properly. I had to make a trip to the ground floor then i had to transfer to another elevator unit in the ground floor to reach level 1 for the parking. 4. During our check out, the parking meter ask me to pay 45 dollars when i have paid already for all fees during the check in. I called the reception and they gave me a qr code. But the qr code is not functioning when i scan it in the gate meter. The reception staff then pass me to the help button on the meter. But the help staff is not polite and only calm down a little when i have raised my voice due to disappointment.

Loved the room totally accessible and equiped with all modern furnishings. Staff were amazing and the pool and spa was awesome. Down stairs there is a metro woolies that you can pick some stuff up and the location is close to parramatta station and an Uber ride to ACCOR. Would defiantly stay here again!!! One of the best places I have stayed ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Issues with plumbing - both bathrooms including both toilets and showers. Unable to use the bathrooms as they had to get emergency plumber out to fix the issue. Was only allowed to use the one bathroom in the pool area. Not exactly happy with paying premium penthouse pricing with that option. Delay in housekeeping after the bathrooms were fixed. No towels were given as plumber had dirtied the ones initial provided. Tried to call guest services multiple times with no answer and phone was automatically hung up on after waiting for the allotted time. Had to go to reception three times to order more towels. Each time they promised they would bring them up - on the third time I requested them to give them directly to me.
