Location, size of apartment, everything we needed at our fingertips. This apartment covered all the needs of our family. With a 7 month old baby the convenience of space was great! Comfy beds, 2 bathrooms & the extra bonus of laundry facilities in the apartment made for an enjoyable home away from home experience.

Extremely well appointed - almost everything we needed for a self contained, week long stay was included. The only thing missing was a knife sharpener. The beds are reasonably comfortable. The location is very convenient - 10m walk to Parramatta station and the massive Westfields complex. The host provided a COVID safe kit and some complementary food and drink items like tea and coffee. The host is very friendly and helpful. Fast and free WiFi and Netflix.

The apartment is quite noisy. The windows are single glazed and there is a lot of traffic noise. During our visit, there was also a large and noisy construction project going on across the road. The layout of the main bathroom is very cramped - the toilet is way too close to the shower screen making it uncomfortable to use. Thankfully there's a second toilet in the second bathroom and that one is fine. There were occasional faint unpleasant smells coming from the pluming - not bad enough to really bother us though. The apartment was well presented but could have been more thoroughly cleaned. There is no recycling service. We had a little trouble with the check-in process but I think this was a once-off issue. The host quickly resolved the problem for us.
