Mon mari et moi vivons sur le 2F. Si vous restez dans cette maison, vous logerez dans une unité séparée au 1F.
Nous avons un service d'entrée et de sécurité sans clé par ADT. Ils vous rendent facile, confortable et sûr.
1ère chambre - 1 lit queen / 2e chambre - 1 lit queen, 1 lit de nuit / Une chambre sans porte - lit simple, lit gigogne / Salon - canapé
8 personnes sont parfaites. Mais j'ai 2 sacs de couchage et je peux les préparer. Si cela ne vous dérange pas de dormir par terre, vous réserverez avec 10 personnes.
Notre endroit est proche du centre-ville d'Uptown Oakland, d'Emeryville et de Jack London Square, ainsi que du Bay Bridge. Marchez jusqu'au centre commercial Emeryville (Nordstrom Rack, Target, Home Depot, Safeway, Best Buy, etc.) 10 minutes à pied.
Vous pouvez vous garer devant l'allée ou devant notre garage.
Transport - Nous avons une navette pour la station MacArthur Bart et un arrêt de bus juste en face de la rue vous amène à West Oakland Bart et vous emmènera dans le centre-ville de San Francisco en 7 min

The house is very clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Nice master bedroom and comfy beds. Communicative host who was very helpful when my daughter left her wallet in the bedside table and we had to coordinate return. Good location 10 minute drive to Berkeley and close to downtown San Francisco. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges (there were cars parked out front of the house the first night with engines running into the wee hours, with other cars coming and going - it didn't exactly feel 100% safe). Other nights were quieter. Take note that the kitchen is small and narrow, only comfortably accommodating a couple people at a time. And the house does not have central heat, only space heaters. We happened to visit during a cold snap in December so were a bit chilly, but I imagine most times of year it's not a problem.

We were in town to move our daughter into college. We all felt great walking in...very welcoming...very nice decor. I may use their ideas for my own home:). So lucky to have this found this place!

Had a great time here, perfect place to stay, very clean and organized. The check in process was really easy and communication with property manager made it even easier, responds quickly and are cool people. Really tough to find parking but it is manageable. Overall, I loved it. 10/10 recommend.
