The location was off the beaten path which is exactly what I wanted. I wanted to meet the locals and experience the culture. The owner's brother was a driver for me and offered lots of background and information about the island and the Bahamas. It was a fully furnished apartment and they have washer and dryer available and a pool. If you are looking for a resort, this is not the place. But, if you are looking for a place convenient to local restaurants and beaches and meet the locals, this is the place. Highly recommend and would do it again in a heart beat.

The grass around the pool was very long which made me wonder about the maintenance of the pool.

The location is great, close to the beach and downtown. I stayed there for 8 days, loved the pool, amazing experience.

I loved the treatment, the pool, and the quietness of the neighborhood. They offered plenty of advice and to take us places if need to (which ended up costing more than a taxi, but the convenience of them coming to you was appreciated)

The room had a bunch of insects dead on the floor and a couple of dried worms. I did not mind but I'm sure someone else would. The bathroom did not have hot water, although the system was installed, so maybe by the time you go there it's fixed.

The hotel is much better than i thought , great service , great location, very comfortable room, they have coded gate , make your stay very safe , im very happy to stay there , it’s much better than many hotels i stayed

Donna and Mel were there for checkin. They were very accommodating. We ran out of shampoo/conditioner and they provided us with that right away. The hosts are super awesome, genuine people. Very helpful in so many ways. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Melvin, the owner was extremely helpful in helping us get settled in. He even took me to two stores to get some things I needed for the kitchen.

It was in a great area. Had a pool and security bars along with ductless units in both living room and bedroom. The hosts were very accommodating.

Donna is very nice and helpful. She let us stay longer until our plane departures. The house is big and full equiped.

Location is great and quiet

Great location, especially for the price. The villa is in a slightly quieter section of the city about a 5-minute walk to the coast/main street, and around 20-25 minutes walk to Junkanoo Beach and downtown Nassau. The kitchenette has all of the basics for cooking simple meals when you need a break from eating out, and there is also a small but clean pool on the property and two air conditioners in the suite to keep you cool. The hosts also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for an additional fee, and gave us some pointers for where to get groceries, nearby beaches, etc.

The property's bedroom and bathroom are a little outdated compared to the rest of the suite, but overall it is clean and spacious.

Great apartment with a small kitchen and all facilities needed. Fine little pool at the place. A 20 minute walk to beaches. Aircondition in the living room and in the bedroom. The host were very friendly and helpful!

The property was secure and I felt very safe during my stay. This location is also very convenient to the downtown area. fish fry, and the beaches.

The only drawback is that there isn’t anyone on the property to readily replace items. ie: toilet paper, paper towels, linens, trash bags, etc. Just plan accordingly!! :)
