We had a great time visiting Hilton Head in October. Nice weather, less crowded in restaurants and on the beach. Very relaxing. Seaside Villa 120 was a very nice place to stay. Very close to ocean, very clean with many little extras that were appreciated. Love the balcony.

We had a great week except for the fact that our car was it in the parking lot. The landscape crew was there the day it happed. The car was hit in the exhaust and bumper. Only a trailer could do damage like that. Because the property had signs stating it was protected by cameras, I called the office and asked to see footage for the morning. They said there was no such thing too look at. They said the best thing to do was turn it into my insurance company. 3000 dollars and 500 dollar deductible later , here we are.

This is our 4 th visit to this rental. We find it very comfortable, clean, and convenient. We like to cook and the kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans to do so. We enjoy the morning sunrise from the balcony too. We will be back!

We stayed at a condo at Seaside Villas and it was perfect. It looked like the pictures! It was tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of drawer and closet space.
There was a large sofa and chair in the living room. The kitchen had everything needed. We will definitely stay here again!

This room is located over the parking area for the building and it is mere steps from the beach. Very quiet and close to the stairwell. I had a great time!
