Idéal pour la famille pour se détendre et passer du temps ensemble, cet espace de vie à aire ouverte comprend une télévision de 50 pouces, un foyer au gaz et des sièges confortables pour 5 personnes. Il y a aussi une table de jeu avec des sièges pour 3. Profitez d'un accès instantané à la cuisine, à la salle à manger et à la terrasse arrière dans cette grande salle au deuxième étage.
Le chef du groupe adorera cette cuisine bien approvisionnée. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de comptoir pour aider les mains ainsi que 3 tabourets le long du comptoir. Lorsque la nourriture est chaude et prête à être servie, la table à manger est à quelques pas et peut accueillir 6 personnes. Si vous préférez dîner en plein air, il y a une table sur le pont avec 4 chaises ainsi qu'un barbecue à gaz. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un autre pont pour profiter de la vue.
Quand il est temps de se coucher, il y a 4 chambres pour poser la tête. Le maître est à l'étage et 3 chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée. Le maître à l'étage est complet avec salle de bain attenante, douche à l'italienne et double vasque. Il y a une autre salle de bain complète à l'étage et une salle de bain complète récemment rénovée en bas. Toutes les salles de bains ont des douches à l'italienne.
Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans cette maison.

This home was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge. The layout with Master, Kitchen and Living/Dining upstairs was so convenient. Beautiful and spacious upstairs deck with morning and afternoon sun. Most importantly for us — the dock was in great shape. Plenty of room for our 23 ft pontoon with a wide key and easy access to lake. Just as an FYI in the summer - the weed containment equipment launches from the empty lot next door so you will hear them on weekdays in the morning and evening. They don’t work on weekends. But the staff is very quiet and professional and the work really didn’t bother us. My only issue was the mattresses — not comfortable at all. But this is the case with most rentals we have booked in the keys. We loved this home and have already booked it for next summer.

Overall we enjoyed this property. Most everything has been updated though the Master bath is in need of help. We didn’t even use the shower due to the condition but the updated hall bath worked just fine. Please know there is no air conditioning which seems to be typical. Since we happened to stay during the heatwave, having no AC did impact our stay. No one can control the weather but I would recommend having a large fan for the main living area and not just the bedrooms as the ceiling fans were not enough to help cool during the day. I would also recommend blinds for the large sliding windows to minimize the sun elevating the inside temperature during the day.
Weather aside, the house is so n a quiet neighborhood and has a convenient location.
As for the neighborhood amenities(extra charge for use), the beach and inside pool were nice but the exterior pool is in need of some TLC.

Negatives:
-We checked in on a Saturday at 2:30 and the HOA facility closes at 2 on Saturdays and Sundays, so we could not get the documents to launch our boat or the key cards to access pool and beach areas. Property management company should have communicated the hours of the HOA facility.
-The upper level gets insanely hot. There are no window treatments on any of the windows in the common area, so the sun hits it all day long. Owners desperately need to add window treatments.

The house is not new but the majority of the house is updated. Only drawback was geese waste everywhere and it was hard to walk around without stepping on it. Overall, great stay!

Location was good. However the lack of seating and size of 1 small couch for a home that sleeps 10 was unrealistic for guests to enjoy the 1 common living space. There were no extra towels or laundry soap provided to wash the linens and towels. It was our understanding basic washing provisions would be provided. There was a child like broom provided for clean up. No mop. If a family is renting a home for multiple days and daily cleaning service is not provided than basic cleaning equipment should be included.

The rental experience at Tahoe Keys Mountain Vistas was great, however the only exception is that the power in one of the rooms downstairs did not work after the first night. We could not get it to work for some reason. Other than that everything worked out great and the kitchen was well equipped.

Nice stay in the Tahoe keys
Had a great stay in the Tahoe Keys. Everything was as described and we enjoyed the property very much. Was a bit worried with the lack of HVAC but it was just fine with the Tahoe weather. Gave the check in process 4 out of 5 due to the a small hiccup with the cleaner being late which delayed our check in process slightly. The only other issue we had was the back boat dock had a TON of duck poop which we cleaned ourselves, but not sure that could have been avoided becuase they came back again the next day after we cleaned it and made a mess again lol. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again!

Great house in a terrific location
House was fantastic! Had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and essentials. House felt very clean and maintained. Location was excellent being right in the Keys. The paddle board and kayaks came in handy, too. There were also fans for each room in the event the days were warm. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great and overall the place was good for a family however outside of the new kitchen, all rooms were a bit dated. Furniture, sheets, and rooms were original and could use an upgrade. That being said, we enjoyed ourselves and made the best of it with paddle board/ kayaks and the available bike.

Great Keys Location / Rooms need upgrading
Location was great and overall the place was good for a family however outside of the new kitchen, all rooms were a bit dated. Furniture, sheets, and rooms were original and could use an upgrade. That being said, we enjoyed ourselves and made the best of it with paddle board/ kayaks and the available bike.

Perfect getaway home
This beautiful home was not only clean and extremely well stocked with everyday essentials but was in a peaceful area, that just makes you feel at bliss. We cant wait to visit this home again but during the summer.

Clean and well stocked
Property was as described in the listing. Boat dock was in excellent condition, would have been nice if it had a ladder. Property was very clean inside with plenty of towels/linens and the kitchen was well stocked. Outside there was some goose poop in the yard, but I think that kinda just comes with staying in the Keys. Overall had a great time and would book again if we decide to return to the Keys.

Great Tahoe Keys home, perfect for families!
We stayed for a week over the 4th of July holiday. The location was perfect, easily accessible by boat from the lake and conveniently located close to the bike trails to head to the Beacon in Camp Richardson. We had 2 families, 8 people total including 4 kids ages 7-10. The house was perfect for this, kids loved playing hide and seek as well as relaxing on the deck overlooking the Keys. We took the canoe and paddle boards out, everyone loved the stay.
The owners were very easy to get in touch with and respond quickly. We felt very well taken care of. This is definitely a home we would return to.

Tahoe Keys
We've stayed at a number of homes in the Tahoe Keys over the years. This is one of our favorites. Nice open concept area with plenty of natural light. Wonderful deck overlooking the Keys. Great TV system to watch a movie with the family at night.

Beautiful and comfortable for large group - view, location, ammenities ideal - very well appointed
The view was the best part of this lovely cabin, thought location was ideal as well.
I thought a small water view in the winter wouldn't be as exciting, but the glistening water and backdrop of the gorgeous snow-capped mountain/hill-tops and trees was just gorgeous. Even washing dishes was a joy with that view. Though it was too cold to really enjoy the balconies, there is balcony access from two bedrooms downstairs and from the open livingroom/dining/kithcen area. Just Gorgeous.
-- The living space - living, kitchen, dining was very spacious and the kitchen, laundry, garage had everything you need. Pots, oil, condiments, sleds, beach towels, detergent, etc.
-- Entertainment system was great, everything you need. Computer, printer, games, etc. Even the lotion in the bathrooms was so welcomed due to the dry winter heated air.
-- We were two families (6 adults + 4 tweens) so the breakout was perfect once we gave up the master bedroom to the kids.
-- The master bedroom has a less than desireable bathroom (not renovated) and a toilet that barely flushes so we were afraid to use it after it clogged on our first try.
-- We didn't get to benefit of the bunkbeds in one of the bedrooms, but still had plenty of space for the two separate adults and the bottom bunk was great. So was the extra bed we used to lounge in the livingroom.
-- The dining table is so large that we used half to hold a puzzle and only half to eat our meals.
--Amenities were excellent. We even enjoyed the very large community in-door pool and outdoor hot tub one day in the freezing cold. I can only imagine how awesome it is to have direct boat access from the house and exclusive beach access through the HOA in the summer.
There is a significant temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs. While downstairs rooms heated up nicely, the upstairs master and living was freezing. I assume it would be the opposite in the summer.
We'd definitely stay in this house again - winter or summer.

Great location on the Tahoe Keys with a nice view.
The house was nicely remodeled for the most part except for the master bathroom. The two bedrooms on the bottom floor had nice views over the keys but the master bedroom upstairs just looked out over the cul-de-sac which was somewhat disappointing. Also like most Tahoe rental homes their either is no AC or you are just not allowed to use it. The master bedroom is upstairs and heats up pretty bad in the summer making it impossible to fall asleep in until midnight. The home has a canoe and kayaks and a paddleboard for guests to use which is a nice touch. We were also able to use the provided fishing poles to catch fish right off the private dock out back which was fun for the kids. I was able to dock my 30 ft boat in front of the home and enjoyed that convenience. Overall I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the home.

You should definitely stay here
This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, the balcony gorgeous. The neighborhood is perfect for a weekend away, close to grocery stores and restaurants. 15 min from Heavenly. Highly recommend staying and we look forward to returning!

What a great home for our annual family vacation in Tahoe! The home is nicely appointed, with up-to-date furniture, a fully stocked modern kitchen, and comfortable beds. For us, the boat dock is a very important component of the rental house and this is one of the best we've had! Easily accommodated our two boats while leaving a side open for the generously provided paddleboards (2), kids kayaks (3) and canoe. Our kids spent much of their time here either on the dock fishing or out in the water on the water toys. Accessing the lake from here is easy and there is plenty of space around the dock for maneuvering. The over-water sitting deck is a fabulous spot to relax and play cards or eat a meal. Patios on the upper floor and in front of the downstairs bedroom extend the living space as well.
The owner was a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience easy. We hope to come back many times!
