Close to the lake
Air conditioning didn’t work on the first night. Ran out of gas for the grill while we were grilling supper. It was overpriced after we compared with other rentals while we were there.

Rooms and bathrooms are great. Kitchen/bar was nice for family meals. Deck was nice. Quite neighborhood.
There are many repairs needed, dangerous stairs that need to be fixed, doors are hard to open or lock. Gas grill should be replaced as it started a fire. Air con is out of date. Appliances need upgrades. No easy lake access. Beds need replacement. Chairs are falling apart.
