The kitchen is large, has good combination of modern appliances, and is fairly convenient to use. The dining room table seats eight quite comfortably, although a little improvisation with chairs was required. Most important to us, the house provides easy access to Hyrum Gibbons Park, where the trail race that four of us ran both started and finished.

Although we were admonished to take off shoes when entering, the floors were rather dirty. Three out of four bedrooms were on the second floor where it was a challenge to cool off the rooms enough to sleep comfortably at night.
